    I am working as delivery boy in fc grocery since opening in ludhiana from 2 months . My team leaders used to harass me by giving extra deliverys and inappropriate delivery routes on daily basis as i was not getting invole in fraud activities he is doing with help.of other delivery boys .Last day i agin try to raise issue against my team leaders but abuse me and fired from job .

      I am writing to express my concern over the pathetic and unacceptable service I have been encountering regarding my order with order id –OD[protected], an Apple MacBook laptop.

      · Despite having purchased a VIP membership under the explicit representation of prioritized and expedited delivery, I've experienced the contrary. The lack of noticeable improvement in delivery speed raises questions regarding the true value of VIP membership.

      · I received notifications stating that my MacBook laptop would be delivered on the 10th and 11th. However, much to my disappointment, the product didn’t arrive on either of the days. No adequate explanation was provided by the delivery personnel about this delay.

      · I raised multiple complaints regarding the same issue (IN[protected], IN[protected])and was repeatedly requested to wait without receiving any valid reason for the delay or exact rescheduled dates for delivery. The lack of transparency and accountability is deeply concerning.

      My experience thus far has not only caused me inconvenience but also made me question the effectiveness of your processes and the value you place on customer satisfaction. Even after multiple follow-ups, I have not received any solution to this problem. I expect better service from a reputed e-commerce platform like Flipkart.

      I kindly request your immediate action in this regard. Please expedite the delivery of my MacBook and provide concrete and accurate updates regarding the same. I believe it is not an unreasonable expectation as a customer, especially one holding a VIP membership.

        I placed an order of iPhone 14 plus on 07/10/2023, during the "Big Billion Days". I had got an early pass which they sold for Rs:99, so that I can access the offers earlier itself i.e. (07/10/2023 instead of 08/10/2023). But it was of no use, because even the ICICI bank credit card offers they mentioned didn't work. Then we placed our order, and the estimated delivery date was the next day i.e. (08/10/2023). The salesman came to deliver the product on 10/10/2023, but it was so suspicious as he had no signs of him carrying my order. I was about to exchange my old phone, but during the process he was so impatient, rude and made few unwanted comments so we asked for another delivery partner through Flipkart service to sort this out. Messages were frequently sent to us that they will deliver our order but there is no proper estimated delivery date. The dates were manipulated and too much of confusions. Yesterday i.e. (13/10/2023), we got a message that our order has been cancelled at 2:44 am which was very unfair. I was completely disappointed and frustrated because I used to order more such products on Flipkart. I once considered Flipkart as my trustable site and now such things happening was truly ridiculous and I consider this as a scam. People order things during offers that gets to the normal price after such incident then what is the purpose of announcing such big offers as "Big Billion Days". Then I ordered a new one which costed me 6k extra. So, I definitely need some kind of compensation for this act from Flipkart either by adding some gift vouchers or by returning my money that costed me more than the offer price. I'll attach all such detailed images here for the proof. Thank you.

              My order Order ID - OD[protected] It is not yet shipped. The tracking status is stagnant. Do Ship it as soon as possible. I had been a regular customer of Flipkart and this time I am very disappointed. Hope you can help me in someway as this is important for me. Appreciate your service. Also I updated this issue in Flipkart complaint portal but they have not contacted me yet and have not resolved my issue. They are doing or what efforts if any they had taken to get the product shipped. It is not expected from Flipkart.

                Flipcart not taking any responsibility when I got delevered a wrong item a dummy fone.
                Open box delivery the delivery person has also ensure that they delivered dummy samsung fone instead of poco mobile.

                              I have received a damaged iPad (crack in screen) . I got the delivery in evening of 8th of October. I have complained on 12th of October as I unable to check the product earlier. I knew that I can complain in 7 days if needed . There is return period of 7 days . I have raised the complaint, but they are not giving proper response.

                                Hi,

                                I placed the order a iphone 14 phone from flipkart in big billion days on 7th October and the amount has been debited from my credit which is 52147rs.
                                After 3-4 days flipkart cancelled my order.
                                After contacting customer care they are saying buy the product again but now I am getting the same phone in 55-56K. because I bought early access pass for 100rs just to buy iphone 14 and at that time I got the iphone 14 around 52k.

                                Can you please check and help me on this issue.

                                  Delivery getting rescheduled

                                  My product was supposed to be delivery by 12 th October, but it came early on 9th oct so I had asked the delivery executive to reschedule it to 10 th oct. But after that there is no contact from flipkart, product is at the nearest hub and the delivery is getting rescheduled....

                                  My name is Sumit Kumar Singh, and I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent order with Order ID ODOD[protected]. On October 10th, I ordered an Iphone and its adapter and I received the adapter only on October 11th, not my phone as per the date.

                                  I've purchased Iphone 14 mobile on 10th October around 2:00 a.m. and it's delivery date is 11th, it has reached to my nearest area hub on 11th in the early morning but they failed to deliver on time and I contacted flipkart support team and they promised me to deliver that product on 12th and again they failed. They didn't even tried to deliver the product both times.

                                  Now I called the flipkart customer care that I want assurance from there side that they will not cancel my product from there side and I will get the product. but they are not giving me assurance as well taht means, flipkart is nowadays making fake promising for prepaid delivery customers, not giving true information even, charging so much extra in term of packing charge, handling charge, but not able to handle the product on time.

                                    I had ordered Moto edge 40 in Bengaluruduring the sale and had selected the delivery of the mobile to be done on the 10th of oct'23. To my surprise it showed that the mobile was Out for Delivery on 9th morning itself. I kept calling on the number provided of the delivery boy who just didn't respond anything when I would ask when he would be coming and would just say Hello. Later in the evening he confirmed that he was around my area and would come in the next 30 minutes to deliver the order but he never turned up. Not once did I receive a single update regarding my order and what happened to it since then because till date, I just keep getting FAKE MESSAGES via FLIPKART that your mobile will be delivered by 11pm at the start of the day but whenever I try to get in touch with Support I keep on getting the same answer that I should wait till 7pm and that positively I will receive the product. Tickets are raised on a daily basis without any actions being taken. At the end of the day they automatically close and gets"Resolved"on their own without even being given any solution. The staff is entirely clueless and have no idea about the issues and everything just seems a joke. There is literally no way to get past the initial team who answers the call. I am now stuck in a perpetual Limbo and have been Checkmated by Flipkart since there has been literally zero updates given to me. Neither via call nor his text. The Tele callers just provide the same info that even I can see and just don't know how to connect with the EKART TEAM providing the FAKE UPDATES. Even today it's showing that it will be delivered by 11pm today and tomorrow morning the update will remain the same.

                                      Ordered eIphone14 during big billion sale on 7th. Delivery date was 10th Oct which got changed to 12th Oct and even till today haven’t received it

                                      Customer care doesn’t know the status and asked to wait. They showed their inability to call the partner. They didn’t have any supervisior to help when asked for.

                                      Flipkart services are way poor request if this can be improved
