I ordered Groceries worth rs 1430 (total 19 items) from Flipkart on 02/09/2023. It's was about to be delivered on 04/09/2023. It shows out for delivery since then but is undelivered till today dated 12/09/2023. I contacted their delivery partner on 08/09/2023 (number provided by Flipkart itself) and he informed me that the parcel is damaged and will not be delivered. Informed the same to Flipkart but they neither cancelled my order nor refunded yet. I contacted them by emails, calls and chats but they aren't responding properly and keeping my money. I don't have any option to cancel the order at my end and they aren't delivering or cancelling. I need my money back with interest for mental and financial harrasment from them.

Complaint marked as Resolved Even after this complaint it took several calls, emails and chats to get my refund from Flipkart. They took 24 days all in total to initiate the refund. I bore loss of interest on my money and faced a lot of mental stress because of it.
Finally my complaint is resolved but i deactivated my premium plus account on Flipkart. I won't be buying anything from them ever.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
