Dear Flipkart Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the recent issue I've encountered with my refund request, which was initiated on the 12th of Oct'23. Unfortunately, the refund process has not moved forward as expected, and I have recently received a notification that my refund request has been cancelled, leaving me without a resolution.

Here are the details of the refund request:

I have patiently waited for the pick-up of the product, which is an integral step in the refund process. However, despite the considerable amount of time that has passed, the pick-up has not been scheduled or executed, and I have been receiving the Messages from Flipkart regarding pick of the order every day since 12th oct'23 but every same day in the evening it shows unsuccessful and they will try again next day. This delay in the pick-up process has not only inconvenienced me but also resulted in the cancellation of my refund request, which is highly disappointing.

I would like to request your immediate attention and assistance in addressing this matter. I expect a resolution to the following issues:

The initiation of the return pick-up process for the product in question.
The reactivation of my refund request, ensuring that the refund is processed without further delays.
I believe that this issue can be resolved in an amicable and timely manner, and I sincerely hope that this email serves as a prompt for Flipkart to take the necessary actions to rectify the situation. I am a loyal customer and have always appreciated the services provided by Flipkart, and I trust that the company will not let me down.

Please confirm the pick-up schedule and the reactivation of my refund request at your earliest convenience. I kindly request that you provide a specific timeframe for these actions to be completed, as I have already faced unnecessary delays.

      I ordered a mobile on filpkart on 7th of october and today was 16th october nearly 8:20p.m and I still haven't recieved my mobile. The actual product delivery date was 11th oct but they moved it to 13th oct and after that they didn't even bother to update the delivery date. I can't stand this anymore, I already experienced this with flipkart before, and I think it's my fault on trusting this website. The product was on ekart logistics hyderabad madinaguda branch for almost 6 days and still they didn't bother to deliver.

          I have ordered Samsung s22 it seems to deliver before Oct 14 but not yet delivered till its almost 2 days from delivery date, I received out of delivery message on Oct14 and in Oct 15 it was unable to deliver will deliver tomorrow for that product after that I didn't get any message till now, really work platform that I have seen. If we call the customer care they are saying like will resolve the issue before 19, and they are not even providing the details of the nearest hub that they have delivered. Don't buy anything in Flipkart, very worst online platform.

              I ordered a trolley bag from Flipkart on 7th October 2023 and the delivery date was expected to 10th of October but still they didn't delivered my product and today is 16th October and they are saying we will contact you for this issue on 20th October but they always extend the delivery date and issue resolving date I tried everyday to connect with Flipkart customer care support but they are not capable enough to resolve my issue and I'm worried about my money and time which they have taken and still torchering me .

              They mailed me from [email protected] They raised the incident Incident: IN23101020203638339637 But every single day this is happening they are raising the incidents and forward the dates like 16th, 17, 18th now 20th October to resolve this issue and I'm sure they will do the same again carry forward the dates . I'm disturbed delivery date was 10th of October but they still holding the product in the nearest hub. They are not contacting me and even not answering my questions

                  • I have ordered MOTOROLA G32 yesterday through flipcart. (Order No. – OD[protected].

                  • I have selected lowest status of exchange value like Screen and body both damage with exchange value of Rs – 1800 /- (Excluding Pickup charge - 129/-)

                  • Now during delivery, delivery person has checked quality test and reduce to Rs. 750/ - (Excluding Pickup charge - 129/-) “Exchange incident ID – IN[protected]”. Finally he decline my order due to lowest price. I have asked him to delivered my ordered on ordered value but he decline and reject the order due to price issue.

                  • I had seen the whole incident. My phone was in working condition and minor body scratch and screen crack. No any functional errors.

                  • Question is that when I have selected lowest category “Screen and body both damaged” then why my phone was rejected due to phone condition. Phone was working well and all functions are running well.

                  • When i have tried to contact customer care...No one is able to provide me the reason...why my phone was rejected ? and which condition.

                  • “ Don't I have the right to know that what reason my phone rejected. “

                  I have cleared here that i have not rejected the phone. Phone was rejected by delivery person due to lowest price value during exchange.

                    I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered with my recent purchase from Flipkart. On 11/10/2023, I received my order for the Gyser V-Guard 15 L Storage Water Geyser (Matteo 15, White). However, upon opening the package, I discovered that an essential item was missing from the box.

                    I would like to highlight that the package arrived in a sealed condition, indicating that the missing item was not removed during transit. I have attached photographs of the unopened package, clearly showing the absence of the item.

                    I kindly request your immediate attention and assistance in resolving this matter. I am disappointed and inconvenienced by this situation, as I purchased the product with the expectation of receiving all the necessary components.

                    I would appreciate it if you could provide me with a prompt solution. I am open to options such as a replacement for the missing item or a refund for the entire purchase.

                      My order having Id OD[protected] which is reached at final delivery station on 11th oct 2023 but because of some scam it is not delivered yet they expand expected delivery date, something wrong there or fraud done there

                        I asked for return request for 1 pressure cooker because of the damage product that I received. But
                        the return request have been intentionally delayed by the seller. Now Flipkart is asking for identity proof in which they specifically mentioned aadhar card/voter id/driving licence which I don't want to share my personal details because it is not safe. And they say If I don't share it within 48 hours then my return request will be cancelled. Please see this flipkart and improve your return policy. I am still waiting for the return approval. My question is why would I fake about the damage product that I received. Please pick up the product as soon as possible and refund the money.

                            I have ordered 10 tops from Flipkart for few I raised return request after that return got accepted but pickup not happened I called customer care they raised compliant still no pickup and after a week they have cancelled return from their end without any communication what is this. You can force me to keep product but ask will I buy next time anything from u.

                              I had ordered 10 tops from Flipkart few I had raised return request return got accepted but they are not picking up the product on the top of that Flipkart is cancelling return from their end without any communication. I raised customer care compliant still no resolution. Why would anyone buy anything from Flipkart if you can't follow your own policy

                                Promise date of shipping was 13th October and delivery date 18th October

                                Its 16th October today and it is not shipped yet and seller is cancelling my order.
                                Flipkart customer care have no resolution they are just saying wait update will receive from back and team or seller but there is not a single update from seller or Flipkart.

                                    I ordered a Poco F5 on 8th Oct 2023 and I was promised to get it on 14th oct 2023 but I didn't get it.

                                    Whenever I called the Flipkart Support Team they said it would be delivered by the 14th or 15th Oct 2023 by ( 9 PM ).

                                    I waited for your product that will be delivered for sure' and then again I called them many times to get the exact status, but no proper response as Call Centre and Ekart Logistics are not integrated
                                    and they said 'Sorry sir your product will be delivered soon. When I asked them what's the reason of this delay, the Flipkart Support Team did not have the answer to this issue

                                    Pls check the logistic issue and get it resolved for a better customer experience.

                                      I had ordered PUMA Comfort Wns Slipon V2 Walking Shoes For Women (Blue) for my mother few days back and they got cancelled without any notification to me. I need to know why they got cancelled. I ordered them during big billion sale on discount and not the price has become more than doubled. Also, I reached out to my Flipkart Customer Support multiple times and had conversations with their support executives but all of them disconnected the call without providing any support.
