[Resolved] Flipkart — mi a3 mobile return | |||
Sub: return of my mi a3- mobile-problem issues for return-req-reg Ref: flipcart order id. Od[protected]. Adverting to the subject cited, i have purchased through online mode mi a3 mobile on 02.10.2019 through my sbi debit card on 12 emi. The total amounts sanctioned by the bank. And i have received the item on 08.10.2019 at afternoon (Dushera festival). And i have opened the box and verified the mobile. And i found some problems and i returned on 09.10.2019. I found some reasons from the mi a 3 mobile not satisfied me, as follows. 1. The mobile charger supported only for, which was supported for seller supplied chargeable cable. 2. The mobile phone has not live wall papers. 3. The mobile phone is not having call recorder option. 4. The mobile phone is not having many features, by comparing other mobile products. 5. The mobile phone is not having the company store. 6. The mobile phone has not charged in fastest mode. It takes more time. 7. The mobile have not getting signal in low priority, other mobiles are better than work in low signal mobile data comparing with this mobile. 8. The mobile have not sufficient futures in cameras for taking pictures and videos, other mobiles are better than futures. 9. The mobile have only two options on touch screen, other mobiles having back, minimize and main menu totally three options. It is not sufficient me. In this connection, customer cares are meeting me by making call for return the product. I answered and explained the reasons, but they told to me the seller is unable to fulfill my request. And told me that i should put this mobile with me, with not sufficient. Is this justice given a customer by you sir. It is not good. I am fully disappointed from mi a3 mobile. But your staff told put with you with unhappy. It is possible for purchase to any other sufficient customer. I request to you sir, kindly cancel my order as earliest. Many features having other mobiles in lowest price. Better than this product. I request you to don't lost any customer. Try to satisfy to customer. Try to full fill customer satisfy. Otherwise move to indian consumer forum on behalf of this issue. And many time loosed me by with you communication. You should pay to lose of my time. The product is ready for take return.
