I had ordered a product (Realme 5) phone on 3rd of october and i have given last date of delivery 6th october, then on 6th october it posted to 8th october and on 8th october it posted 10th october and even on 10th october it is saying by flipkart it will deliver 11th october. Whereas i paid the amount prepaid. I fully dissatisfied the date which going posted. This kind of service will be drastically for flipkart from next i never be choose the option flipkart to purchase any product from flipkart.

    I recently ordered TV online, but Ekart delivery team made, delivery status as customer rejected. They have not delivered the product.
    It seems they want to fake selling to compete with amazon.

    They do not have support team, they do not send Invoice via mail. It is utter fraud company.

      I ordered a mobile Realme C2 on 02 oct 2019 and paid via online payment PhonePe. The product was to be delivered by Oct 15. But, on Oct 06, while I was checking Flipkart website, it was showing that the product has been delivered. But actually, i have not received the product or any messages regarding the product to be out for delivery. I raised an issue for that on Oct 07, but till date, no proper action has been taken. I am getting regular calls and messages from Flipkart executives but none of them are providing the actual status of the order. They are just telling that the team is working on this. I am a regular customer of Flipkart, was never hoping this kind of an issue. Hoping that the issue will be resolved soon.

        On 1st October i placed an order on flipkart but flipkart cancelled my order and told me to wait till 9th October for refund...but refund is not received yet and now flipkart is not responding me... please lodge a complaint against flipkart...its a fraud company

          I have ordered a TDS & PH meter at the time when flipkart was providing discount on many products.

          But to my surprise seller only send me a TDS meter. I just want my PH meter also. I don't want to return it for refund. Otherwise I will have to pay a lot more than what I pay if I place a new order.

          They are just making a fool of people I hate this kind of things

              I had received defective laptop from flipkart on 3rd october 2019, I had raised a replacement request regarding the same. Technician visit was carried out by Flipkart and Asus on 8th october 2019 and the technician has acknowledged the problem and gave the DO. However since then no update from the part of flipkart has been done. Neither the status of my complain is changed nor did they acknowledged the technician visit.
              Flipkart is the worst e commerce site when it comes to customer support.

                  flipkart - tv installation delay and the subsequent loss

                  I ordered 43 inch tv from flipkart for which 12th aug 2019, 7pm was the installation time.

                  There is no phone on who the service guy is. After 3 calls, flipkart gave
                  Me a phone number and that person picked once and told he will get back to
                  Me. After 2 hrs, the phone itself is switched off.

                  Since then 5 escalations, 1 top up, 3 twitter social media requests, even
                  Now, 1 phone to danish and...

                  I sent you the following mail a few days back,

                  (I ordered an MI led tv last year. I was experiencing some problem in it and it was in the warranty period so i contacted customer care when i found out that the serial no. on the invoice of the tv is incorrect . It doesn't match with the serial no. of television. So there is no evidence that the tv is original. There is no record of the tv although i bought it from such a trusted website. The flipkart team assured that they will take it back and refund the amount. The Tv was uninstalled and packed on 13.09.2019 but has not been picked up till date. Its almost a month now and no further action is being taken. I have contacted the team hundreds of times but all in vain. They have been just giving me dates for the pickup which never occurs. I have been experiencing a lot of difficulty. Also at least one person has to stay at the house in the hope of pickup. I am just fed up now. Kindly take an action as soon as possible.

                  If not, provide me with some satisfactory compensation
                  Otherwise i will have to go to consumer court for customer harassment and wrong product delivered. )

                  The next day I received a call from Rakesh R (customer support team). He assured me that my problem would be solved by 5 October but still there is no progress. I have never experienced such a disappointment from any online website except flipkart. You are just pushing me to raise this issue in the Consumer court.

                    My brother order samsung s9+ phone from his account. There is a line shown inside the screen. They arranged two technical visits but every time they closed my request by saying that software is working good. I always told them this is a hardware issue but they are not listening to me and they again arranged a technical visit 3rd time by saying that unless technical says phone is not good they can't replace it.
                    Technical always provided false update to them and now again they are trusting seller to define the real condition.
                    Why they are not taking any action against these false technical engineer??
                    I need this phone to get replace. I need value for my hard earned money.

                        I ordered one phone from flipkart under exchange policy but the delivery refused the delivery of my existing phone saying that my phone is damaged which was total lie.
                        I went to ekart hub contacted the manager who told me to repair that 0.5cm gap from market.
                        I completely changed the touch id which costed me 1500 rupees.
                        But flipkart never rescheduled the delivery.
                        I registered 9-10 complaints but all were neglected.

                        I want that 1500 rupees compensation from flipkart.

                              Sir, i placed an order by order no. Od[protected] and it was accepted by the company.
                              1. When the delivered boy came to deliver the delivery, he demanded for extra money which not gated by them due to which he failed the delivery, which is very wrong. It has become a habit of this person. This person deliver in this area for more than 2 year, so cast this man to change.
                              2. The payment i ordered was accepted by the company, which i should be back in my account at earliest as possible.

When i made a complaint against them, then they asked me to do a fresh order which is costlier than earlier. And the same day i had ordered a kurta (Odi[protected] and it also has been canceled by them. After making a complaint they asked me to place a fresh which is also costlier than my old order. They first do delay the order and after making complaint they cancel it automatically. And they ask you to place a fresh order which will be costlier than your old order. I just want my order in an appropriate prize in which i have ordered it.

                                    Transaction failed of order id : ff[protected], and the transaction amount 75634. I was booking a flight ticket on 19th sep 2019 and payment was through bank transfer and after i finished the payment by entering the otp, the screen froze at payu screen and did not redirect to the flipkart page, amount got debited and the ticket was not confirmed. Spoke with the flipkart team they said they did not receive the payment and discussed with the bank they said amount has been settled to flipkart, back and forth am getting these two replies from both the people. Bank shared me the proof for the payment confirming that flipkart has received the amount. Customer care at flipkart said that amount will be credited to my account in 7 working days and today is 10th oct.

                                      I ordered oppo f11 pro from flipkart on sept 30th 2019 in exchange for my
                                      Oppo k1 which was bought with the flipkart buyback gaurantee through which
                                      I availed 18300 exchange value and rest 1740 i paid online. My order no. Is

                                      And more still their is no reasonable response from your end. Since a week
                                      They are saying we have noted down your feedback and its being escalated to
                                      The concerned team. One said we are the delay team you just cancel your
                                      Order there is no reason from our end another one said i'm from concerned
                                      Team and said the same but noone with a proper resolution. They asked me to
                                      Cancel my order i have no problem doing that but when i tried to cancel the
                                      Order there is a fine of 1200 rupees for cancellation imposed on my buyback
                                      Value. The seller is a flipkart assured seller then you must be able to
                                      Contact him and the company flipkart claims buyback gaurantee as such and
                                      Provided no resolution too. If consumer can't avail the service they
                                      Shouldn't show that up as a gaurantee. Using the word gaurantee for
                                      Marketing strategies is an offence when flipkart can't fulfil it. If you
                                      Want to cancel my order then do it from your side i'm not taking this 1200
                                      Rupees loss and why should i, you are responsible for it.

                                      I wonder why flipkart has failed to deliver my mobile product ordered on Oct-2 and which reached my nearest hub 4 days back in hyderabad but still not delivered and even no proper communication for delay in delivery. The tracking of product showing its dispatched and received stories from mother hub to local hub and back again. Please don't cheat customers like this, other wise you will loose your business and credibility.
