[Resolved]  Flipkart — mi refused to repair the 2 months old phone which is in warranty

I am ravi kumar,
I got redmi note 4 (Gold, 64gb) on 12th sept-2017 from flipkart with invoice no. Od[protected]
.
It got automatically stopped working while i was talking on phone, i saw a blue screen and the phone didn't start again.
I raise a complaint in redmi customer care they suggest me to get repair my phone from redmi repair center but redmi repair center refused to repair it.

I told them that its still in warranty period as its only 2 months old but they said to me that you brought it from flipkart so we are not able to give you warranty service.

It means products brought from flipkart have no warranty and the flipkart claims that their products are genuine.

How can anybody trust flipkart products as if there is no warranty provided by the manufacturer/ company.
My total salary is rs. 12000/- only and i brought it due to trust in flipkart products but what i got.

Its clear that flipkart is be-fooling us.
We must have to take some action against such fraudulent, so that in future nobody can be cheated like this.
