I am filing this complaint regarding a misleading and inconsistent delivery experience on the Flipkart platform.
For the past week, I have been attempting to purchase the Redmi Buds 5 listed on Flipkart. On the product page, it clearly displays an estimated delivery timeline (typically within 2 days) after entering a valid PIN code. However, when I proceed to checkout, the platform changes the status and shows that the item is “not deliverable” to the same PIN code.
To rule out location-specific issues, I have tested multiple PIN codes across different regions including Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Mahad, and even locations in Odisha. Despite this, the issue persists consistently — the product page shows availability and delivery timelines, but checkout denies delivery.
This behavior is misleading and creates a false impression of product availability. It wastes time and misguides customers into initiating a purchase process that cannot be completed.
