[Resolved] Flipkart — Misplace of exchange item and unethical behaviour of the company | |||||
I ordered a lenovo k3 note on flipkart along with the exchange offers clubbed with 10% discount on my SBI debit card. But before the delivery, i misplaced the item which was to be exchanged. Now i am ready to pay the exchange amount thereby paying the exact amount of the product only clubbed with the SBI debit card discount. But the company now insists upon replacing the order. But now since that SBI offer is not available i would only end up paying 1000 bucks more. Was this information helpful? | |||||
