I want to add I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Flipkart’s service. I purchased this AC from Flipkart, only to find that the installation pipe was missing. Your team acknowledged this issue and agreed to provide a compensation of ₹3, 336. However, despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received the compensation yet.
Initially, I was informed that the update would be done by the 18th, but now the date has been changed to the 24th. This continuous delay and lack of resolution reflect poor customer service and an unreliable system.
Moreover, this is the third time I have faced such terrible service from Flipkart. Each time, the experience has been frustrating, with delayed responses, lack of accountability, and a failure to resolve issues efficiently. Had I purchased the AC from Amazon or an offline store, I would have received far better service. Unfortunately, I chose Flipkart, and I deeply regret it.
Due to this ongoing pattern of poor service, I have decided that I will never order anything from Flipkart again.
I expect a final and immediate resolution regarding my compensation. Please process the refund without further delays and provide a confirmation at the earliest.
