Flipkart — Missing Items from the dinner set

Regarding my Flipkart order - OD[protected]
I received the delivery, but the product is incomplete. Some items that are supposed to be included in the ordered dinner set are missing.
The product does not meet the description, making it an unqualified item.

The package was delivered, but the set of 4 bowls are missing entirely.
This is clearly a case of incomplete delivery / wrong fulfillment

I have already tried resolving this through regular support, but the agent was incompetent and without even discussing the entire issue he misunderstood the things to be of quality concerns and closed the conversation abruptly.
Also while speaking to senior executive Shivam, things didn't resolve as I constantly asked to provide evidence of the first agent, Mohd giving me a call because the issue wasn't really discussed.
Because of agent's gap in understanding, I'm the one who is suffering the loss.
