Dear sir,
I have purchased a mobile of realme 6 (Comet blue, 128 gb) on cash on delivery i received a parcel on 4th july 2020 i have very exited in that day and i went home and i opened the parcel in that thing is there i got shocked and realized that never use the service of the flipkart and i rice the complaint on the same to flipkart team they give me the resolution date is 16th of july now the team is prolonged my resolution date and they are playing with me my return id is[protected]
So please advice us, what i should do for refund r replacement,
It was duly packed when i have received this shipment through courier, and i trusted the service of courier company but i just wonder after i open the box of the courier
