I have ordered a jblt450bt headset from flipkart and i received it today (I. E[protected] and on the same day i had issues mainly bout build quality or comfort as i have brought them keeping online classes in mind they are very hard and feel like someone's pressing our ears hard and also it doesnt give nice calling experience like u cant hear indeed a single word clearly i contacted jbl - from he same headsets on and i faced a lot of issues while speaking and when i wanted to return theres no option its like disabled we cant press it and jbl person says contact flipkart i just go round and round.
First time very poor user experience actually i irst placed products in cart in amazon but deviated toward's flipkart i wish i had not deviated

    I had received moong dal in old and poor condition when i open it the product was damage internally due to poor packing from seller and when i had check clearly small live black kernel inside it... Black kernel is live insect which create due to deffective condition and might be old stock

    I can't accept this product in cornoa virus condition which is harmful to my family and me please arrange reverse pickup immediately and refund my money back immediately or replace me new condition product

    Please give me resolution fast
    My product cost is rs rs 814

    I want resolution from flipkart not for rs 814 for the justice and loyal customer of flipkart

      I had ordered ghee and oil both i had received in deffective condition and almost expired product

      Ghee 2qty i had received tracking is fmpc[protected] in that product the product is totally bend due to poor packing from seller all ghee was out of it and all bad smell was coming from the product and when i had seen the date it was october 2019 almost last year product last old stock given to me which is no use of and it is damage it was not wrap properly from seller in transportation the product has been damage i had kept the product aside it is not usable for daily use it his hazerdous to our health so kindly arrange reverse pickup for this order and refund my money back immediately

      And other is oil tracking id is fmpc[protected] i had ordered oil of 2 qty and paid rs 179 for delivery charge in that all packing and shipping is included then why i had received product damage during transit the person who had packed he should have sense it should coated with plastic of extra layer that product will not damage during transit because heavy load are on it and this i had recived damage during transit caps was open it was leak and no use of it and also the product was november 2019 packet and after my order it was out of stock it indicates that old stock given to me without any checking asked seller how we had given me the parcel no extra safety of covering just given in 2 box tightly i can't accept this product

      Please arrange reverse pickup for this my two order and take this deffective and old stock and damage product back to u and refund my money back once it clear from u r end

            14th june 2020,

            I bought a mixture grinder on 9th june 2020 from flipkart, which was delivered on 14th june 2020. After unboxing it was found that the product was defective and as per the policy i immediately raised a product replacement request. But on 16th june 2020 my request of replacement was cancelled without my information, so i again requested same as it was within replacement policy. As i was getting no response from flipkart i called to get information on 24th june 2020, one of cs executive asked me to cancel the request so that she can raise a new one internally as my replacement policy was over by then.
            She assured me to wait for 48hrs, but the issue was not resolved till 28th june 2020. I again called to know status but they still asked me to wait till july 2nd, but there was no response & also my request was cancelled again & every time i was asked to wait for 24-48 hrs but no resolution was given. Once again they forwarded my request on 8th june & today it is 11th of june but i got same reply that my issue has been escalated to concerned team kindly wait for 24hrs.

            Defect found: after unboxing i found that the earthing terminal of 3 pin plug of power cord was bend due to which it was not possible to plug it into power socket & further operate the mixture grinder.

            As per the return policy i was not supposed to get money refund for the product but replacement was claimed by flipkart as well as supplier.
            But still no resolution is provided to me.

              I ordered footwear (Sandals) using flipkart. So i have a size issue with that and made return request. After that i got a message from flipkart like we are unable to pick up the order. We request you to submit the item back to us. But in the website they didn't provide any specific address. So contacted customer support they told we resolve that in 24 hrs. But they didn't. I was calling them from past 10 days daily they the same thing wait 24hrs and not doing anything. I didn't expect this kind of worst experience from flipkart. Worst customer service too. Finaly what i need is asap please solve problem

                I purchased a micromax 42 inch led tv and extended warranty 2 year by flipkart protect from flipkart. Extended warranty policy number is jppoffk222518. From last 2 month my tv has not been working and i raised a claim for the service to "jeeves consumer services" dated jun 02, 2020. Jeeves case id: 0f2ewhysc[protected]. It has been more than 35 days they are not responding and not providing the service. Even i raised a complaint to flipkart customer care regarding the issue on jun 19, 2020. But my issue has not been resolved till now. I called the flipkart customer care more than 6 times. Every time they are telling that team is working on it. They are also provided wrong email id '[protected]@flipkart.com' which is not working. This is the most disgraceful experience in my life with flipkart.

                  I have received damaged product from it. I had file the return into my order section but they are not returning my order. Also they said there will technician visit from geeves service center and when i call to geeves they said we didn't receive any such request.

                      Flipkart has sent me a defective piece at first, and then they sent me an incompatible product when asked for replacement. I asked for refund of my money, they are now holding my money and are blackmailing me for my id proof in order to process the returns. This is not at all acceptable, i will not provide my id to flipkart to process the return. I want them to pickup the product as soon as possible and refund my amount.

                        Flipkart don't replace my product which I order in March. Manufacturing defects are seen in the product in view of sound and screen. But flipkart are continuously changing the time period and donot pay attention on my complaint. Technician visit was done at my home many times but flipkart are not serious about my complaint.                           Please check that I have raised a so many complaints and calls still now I didn't receive any call from flipkart and my return policy was ened on 17th july ... only one day left still now there is no technician came for uninstallation for that damaged product ..

                          need a immediate solution for this issue .I need refund I dont need the product again from flipkart

                            I had purchased jbl soundbar from flipkart and delivered on 26th june in indore madhya pradesh and return date was 3rd july.. I had got call from jeevas on 27th for installation but they are telling that we will do installation in mumbai.. How it could be possible product delivered in indore and installation in mumbai.. I had send mail to flipkart on 27th june but till now no revert.. Than call to their call center on 3rd july than they told we will provide solution by 8th 9pm but no solution provided than got sms on 9th we will solve it by 9th july 9pm.. But till now no solution.. Today i called again to flipkart call center than they had given new date 15th july.. Now they not even returning that product or not giving service.. Because in return period return option is not showing and when called to call center on 3rd they told that once installation done than return option reflect.. Now flipkart is hareshing me mentally and not providing any solution

                              I was book mobile realme narzo 10a and make successfully payment. Also recived confirmation message but flipkart was cancelled my order with reason due to high demand your order was cancelled. But the end i want my order back. Otherwise i complain against flipkart.

                                I purchased a study table a month and a half back. It was supposed to be delivered on 16th june and after multiple reschedules, follow ups they have again rescheduled it to be delivered on 14th july. They are not letting me raise a complaint and neither are cancelling the product. My money is stuck and they are not taking any action rather asking me to wait.

                                    Hi

                                    Flipkart has a plan where against certain purchase you receive SUPER COINS. By using those super coins you can avail various offers and discount from their website.

                                    I had purchased IFB washing machine on 19th June 2020 and super coins were supposed to be credited at the end of return period which was 01.07.2020. I raised a complaint on the same day that super coins have not been added and have been following up with there customer service for 10 days now.
                                    After numerous mails/Twitter/calls/ chats my complaint was registered and i was given a timeline of 10th July 02:30 PM as time for resolution or feedback on my complaint. After no followup from them. I calld their hotline at 9:00 PM on 10/07/2020 and now they are reporting that they need another 24-48 hours and still are not sure if the issue will be resolved by that time.

                                      I had ordered Trumomfrom Flipkart on **th june **** which was delivered on *th june****. The plroduct received
                                      Was fake product which some indonesiaan company which is fake and duplicate .Inspite of multiple follow ups the order was never picked up and never rreplaced. was assured to have it resolved by *st July **** but Flipkart cheated again and did not resolve the issue.Each time I opened a follow up incident ticket, they resolved it like cheaters without actually providing resolution. What should I do with that fake product? My hard earned money has been looted by Flipkart in lieu of faulty product which was packaged and delivered. On top of it, it has caused *s mental trauma and harassment and waste of efforts and time.

                                        I orderd an earphones from flipkart worth Rs.2000 .I received my package on 6th of July but when I opened the package the item was missing, I received an empty box after this I immediately called flipkart customer care and they said Ma'am don't worry we understand your concern, one of our executive will call you and will surely help .Its been 5 days and I haven't received any call from them and everytime when I call they keep repeating the same thing .

                                        Now they have rejected my refund request and when I asked the reason they said ma'am we haven't closed it yet we're still working on it and will contact you soon. I don't know what they meant by soon.
                                        I hope they understand the problem and I'll get my refund as soon as possible .
