I got delivered my product on 25th June 2020.
I found the videos not playing and the volume was also distorting a lot. So I filed a return request and my product was supposed to go through a technician visit but no one came to visit. In addition to this Flipkart is now just delaying my return and not resolving the issue. I want my return request to be approved and wish to return my product as soon as possible. Flipkart is doing totally fraud with its customers. I'm a plus member and now I'll suggest my friends not to buy anything from Flipkart.

    I bought a new mobile from flipkart before 2 days.but that mobile have a screen problem so that i want to return my product.but delivery executive was not update the delivery status so the return option was not enabled in flipkart site.i contact a customer care also...there is no proper response.
    Now what can i do already i paid full amount.i need a refund or else replacement.

      I ordered a htc trimmer on june 3. But it was defective . So i applied a return request on june 8. The product was under return policy till june 13. The delivery pickup time was given till 29 june . But on june 12, flipkart cancelled my return request . Then i called flipkart customer care, flipkart twitter . They said to give 24-48 hrs time whenever i called them . But on july 1 i called them again but they said that the product will not be returnable and you may proceed to consumer court .

          I ordered a VU tv on 23 jun 2020. The TV was out for delivery on 1st July 2020. The delivery agent called me and behaved rudely. He asked me come and collect my order 25kms away from my location or threatened to cancel my order otherwise. The same day morning I received another order from flipkart at my doorstep, but the delivery agent delivering the TV was unwilling to deliver to my location. My location is an easily accessible location and all major delivery companies deliver here, but this particular delivery agent was not willing to deliver. I have contacted FLIPKART customer care regarding this, but none resolved the issue. Why has FLIPKART listed the product on their site for my location if it was not deliverable? Strict action should be taken against these type of issues. Flipkart has worst customer service, no one responding or resolving the issue after several complaints. Please help to resolve this.

            I have raised a replacement request for a product (mega hand blender) as it was damaged. The casing was open and clips were broken. The pickup person came to me for the replacement and checked the product and refused to pickup as he mentioned that the colour of the product that I received is different than the one showed at Flipkart site, and there were nowhere mentioned the brand name Mega in the package or the product that I have received. He asked me to contact Flipkart for further assistance.

            Since then I am continuously raising issues on this through Flipkart app as well as through call at customer care. But as of now no resolution provided to me. Now even the replacement time has also passed. This is utter disappointing and not acceptable.
            I request to do the needful to solve this problem.

              I have been facing severe issue with Flipkart Customer desk.

              Order Number is : OD[protected]
              Product : 2 Under Armour Sports Shoes (Probably in same parcel)
              Complaint : I did not receive the parcel and i informed the customer desk the same day, they kept me asking to wait for 24 - 48 hours for past 3 weeks. I even spoke to delivery executive and seems they also checked interenally with him. They are saying he delivered it. He called me up in morning and asked for where to keep the product. I have villa and I asked him to keep the product on top my car parked in portico on call since i did not want to be in contact with him. But when i went downstairs after 5 mins to collect, it was not there. I informed immedetiately after checking with my security and neighbors

              This incident is open for last 2 weeks
              I even called delivery agent today where he kept on repeating that its flipkart mistake where no OTP was given for expensive product

              At the end of the day, i neither have the product and also my money is gone

              bill amount was ~ 15 K

              I am getting mentally harrassed by the customer desk now. Every time they call and give the same information where I always cooperated with them for all sort of help from my side. The call generally go on for 30 - 45 minutes and at the end either call gets disconnected and or they ask me to again wait for 48 hours. And now these days they are going ahead and resolving my issue online without taking my consent. This is issue is now going for past 3 weeks

              Okay, so it's been again a week more and I have got the same response that the team has delivered the product to which I am saying I have not received. I was ready for all sort of help in investigation but every time at the end of the discussion I am being told that no one can help me on this.

              Why should I be victim in this. I have been a very regular buyer from Flipkart and this is the first time when I am facing the issue and this is how you treat your loyal customers.

              I have already been chasing people for a over a month now on this matter and now I neither have time nor patience for this. Now I don't even want the product, please refund my money without any further delay

                One of guy from Flipkart Mr deepak called to me and asked for debit card, answered my end to him as I don't have debit card, my payment done from credit card
                Please note that the our end Booked boAt Aavante Bar 1200 80 W Bluetooth Soundbar (Premium Black, 2.1 Channel) in Flipkart against Order Id OD[protected]. Same get delivery yesterday but unsealed package opened, that's why rejected from end. But our end requested to re-send product with good quality but they are rejecting .Now product price value changed in website around 3k More.

                Kindly request you to resolve the issue and arrange the product with same amount. and note paid amount also not returned to my account

                As of now no one reverted today to above complaint, flipkart also blame the customers.How to purchase again same product with higher price, Unsealed product received means there end only supply new one instead of new one.

                And Mr deepak from flipkart, his language also not good to speak with customer.Wrong words only speaking with me.His Mobile Number: +[protected]

                H$is name showing in true caller as "Deepak Customer Service (Bank Fraud).

                        There is an issue going on regarding replacement/refund with my Order ID - OD[protected]

                        1)28- MAY -2020 - ORDER PLACED - (iFFALCON by TCL AI-Powered K31 138.78cm (55 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart Android TV with HDR 10 (55K31))

                        2) 05-JUNE-2020 - DELIVERED - At the time of delivery, we were able to see the prominent damage of the outer covering of the TV. we told the delivery executive that the product looks damaged. He told us to wait for the installation team and if found damaged you can file for replacement on Flipkart.

                        3) 06-JUNE-2020- INSTALLATION PROCESS- As expected the installation team opened the box ad the product was indeed damaged, installation executive insisted that he will take care of the replacement from his end and I don't have to file the return through the app.

                        4) From here begin a series of never-ending replacement. The replacement was indeed sent THRICE but got rejected because of the wrong reason being mentioned by different FLIPKART EXECUTIVES every time.

                        5)Installation Executive and Technician have mentioned the reason as BODY DAMAGE, but the same is not communicate by FLIPKART to the seller and delivery team thrice.

                        6) During the multiple replacements, the return policy of 10 DAYS got over, due to which Flipkart customer care is not resolving the issue. The third time replacement attempted on 25th JUNE 2019 was unsuccessful and but
                        no response yet.

                        I have gone through the whole process of calling and emailing customer care numerous times for correcting the reason of replacement to help the seller and delivery team but always faced the same issue and got DISAPPOINTED!!

                        Screenshot of the tiring process is attached to this complaint, its been almost a MONTH since i'm trying to get a replacement and yet facing the same issue of WRONG REASON mentioned for replacement due to which pickup is denied everytime and process gets stuck.

                                  I have ordered for a set of 3 masks and paid the amount while ordering as cod was not available, however, after receiving the delivery, i find there were 2 masks inside the sealed package. I am sure, the delivery man has no idea about this, he is completely unaware and can not be blamed for this. I have raised issue regarding this, however, even after their scheduled time frame they kept the issue unresolved. I have reminded them again, but that to was unattended.

                                      I have refrigerator on 27th may, 2020. But the refrigerator is getting heat and not working properly so, i kept return on 5th jun, 2020. Technician came and inspected and told that it is getting heat. But in flipkart site it is being updated as working properly. The same is happening whenever i keep for return. I fear due to heat refrigerator might get blasted and we may get hurt. Please take the refrigerator back and return the amount.

                                        On[protected], i got a mail saying "your account was blocked due to unusually high number of returns in your purchase history and it also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account" [incident no:in[protected]] and one more [incident no:in[protected]]. One thing i want to make sure that being a genuine customer to flipkart, i never violated flipkart rules and regulations. From past 4 years, i returned my product only once. How come flipkart people say that i made high number of returns. On[protected], i made orders worth 5857 rupees, and many of my products which got delivered were very cheap quality products especially bedsheets as their color is fading and prestige deluxe plus cooker with order id:od[protected] which was delivered on[protected] was 2 nd hand product (Already used one). Flipkart is cheating their genuine customers by selling 2 nd hand products to their customers. I have all the proofs of that 2nd hand prestige deluxe plus cooker and when customers found this cheap trick of flipkart and raise their concern, this cheap business minded flipkart people blocking such kind of customer's login account so that they cannot raise their concern. I raised this concern in twitter, but i am not getting any kind of proper response. I am daily sending mails to flipkart, but none of them are properly addressing my issue and they just copy paste the same email and send it back to me. I wonder whether this flipkart support people are illiterate or what? So, i request you to unblock my flipkart account and return this 2 nd hand products which was delivered to me.

                                        They just copy and paste the same Email Repeatedly and sending back to me.They are not listening to my problem and concern. They are not sending me the purchase history of My orders instead they send same email back to me.They cheated me by sending second hand products and cheap quality products and now I am not able to return them because they blocked my account.I did not return multiple orders which they alleged me as I made high number of returns.I am a genuine customer and I never violated Flipkart Regulations.They are cheating me and they are not even properly responding to me in Twitter and Email as well.I want Grievance Officers to take care of this issue and provide me better Resolution.I have already posted Flipkart cheap tricks in my complaint and once again I am updating you the reckless behaviour of Flipkart.

                                        Sir/Madam, It's been more than 10 days My login account was blocked by Flipkart.I received 2 nd hand products and proofs for this has been already mentioned in my complaint and whenever I tried to raise my concern, they blocked me for foolish reason and fake reason which I already mentioned in my complaint.Till today none of them responded me properly.They once again send me the same email which from past 10 days they are sending back to me.Being a comman man, I am not able to raise my voice on Flipkart Hegemony and please provide me resolution as soon as possible.

                                        Sir its been more than 40 days, none of the Flipkart CUSTOMER support called me.They are very reckless to solve my issue.They are not responding to me in Twitter also and when I called CUSTOMER care support people they are repeatedly saying that issue will be escalated and will be resolved within 48 hours.But it's been more than 45 days they did not solve my issue.And on 2 July, 2020 Flipkart support people mentioned in above as "We will revert on it" but they are not even caring .
