[Resolved]  Flipkart — mobile

Sir I got delivery wrongly as I have ordered for index aqua style black 8mp camer and 5.9 inch screen . my oder mobine casting is 7494 rupees but we recived another model mobile cast is 6290 rupees only and 5 mp and 4 inch model. This problem has reported and registered to your costomer service immediately. I got delivery (18.9.14) againn the second time received the same model mobile wrongly. Then I am informing your costomer serivce for refund my case. please kindly response my problem. because i am very feel for my money loss.

i bought a mobile phone i.e red mi, 10 days ago but i started facing problem such as bad network, bad battery backup, poor touch etc, , i have tried contacting flipkart several times but they just give excuses.please help as it has been only 10 days of purchase.

This month 22nd May 2015 i had ordered a mi redme-2 mobile by online net banking an amount of Rs.6999/- The amount is recovered in my SBH A/c. (order no- IGOABLAPVO, Transaction no is DSBHCB14297688 dt, 22/05/2015. But mobile was not delivered to me. So, Please refund the amount.
