[Resolved]  Flipkart — Mobile getting too much of heat , loud speaker is not working and so much of lagging problem

Sir, I bought 'LENOVO k3 note ' mobile phone on 31/7/15 from Flipkart. Since the device is getting heated excessively and loudspeaker not working properly, I complained to Flipkart. First they make a call to me and After said to download an app- Smartcheck to diagnose the overheating problem and speaker problem . Further I was told to activate this app Technical Section But no one called me. Again there was no call from Flipkart They disappointed me This is a big lie as always at the appointed schedule I made myself available and waiting for the call. It appears by delaying tactics Flipkart wants to cross the 30 day replacement warranty period and at last reject my request. Thanks, Naresh [protected] [protected]@gmail.com Spoke to customer on '[protected]' and customer says that he has already installed the Smart-check app and have been waiting for a call back from the technical team from last few days days but not one called him. He says that his handset gets heated up and T/S Steps were of no help to him.
