[Resolved] Flipkart — mobile not exchange | |||||
My mobile is fully well condition. But flip kart delivery man are told my mobile have one scratch of body side. But i think that this is not any issue. Main fact is when flip kart advertisement for exchange offer rs, 1000/-, i book the samsung j3 pro but after one day they change there offer rs. 500/-. And they announce no cash on delivery only bank payment. I done this time, but when come for delivery and they arise varieties problem. Please help me i want to exchange my mobile neither with interest 4 day return my bank a/c. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Aug 01, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised complaint regarding product delivery, we have interacted with customer and informed order has been cancelled from courier service provider hence told refund turn around time and closing the case from our team

I am aniket vishnupurikar.on 27/7/2018 i placed an order for a pair of shoes. i paid through sbi net banking. payment was successful.the amount was deducted from my acount but order was not placed. i did not receive any sms or mail and order is not there in 'my order' section.please help me. thanks.
