I have tried to place an order for a smartphone on 14th March 2022 from Flipkart. I have tried to pay the amount by using a gift card of amount 10, 000 rs and 999 rs from my gpay UPI. The transaction failed but money was deducted from my bank account and the order was not placed, then again I tried to pay the amount, and this time the order was successfully placed. Today is 29th March 2022 and I haven't received the refund yet.
I have contacted Flipkart customer care, They told me that they haven't received any such payment from my side and no failed transaction is showing on their side which means they haven't received the money. I then contacted Gpay Customer care, they told me that the transaction was successful from their end, I then contacted SBI customer care. They told me that the transaction was done through Gpay and the status is showing successful, so they cannot help me in this and told me to contact Flipkart and Gpay customer care. They are just playing the blame game on each other.
I have also asked Flipkart to verify the transaction through the transaction Id and the collect-request id. I have also sent them the screenshots of my transaction but they are still saying that there is no such transaction. I am attaching the screenshots of the failed transaction and of that transaction also which was successful. Please help me to get my money back
