We have ordered almonds - 2 packets of 500 gms each - natural premium californian almonds on 06.03.2022
VIDE ORDER NO. OD[protected] for Rs.426.00 each packet
we have received the order on 13.03.2022 however we found that instead of SAID ALMONDS WE HAVE RECEIVED cheqp quality dates and
it is also observed the said receipt on the courier packet mentioned as natural premium californian almonds.

we have ordered the same for the use of my parents who are senior citizens
Many times we are receiving the courier packets in damaged condition or in open packets.
We are frequently utilizing the services particularly in Bangalore and Hyderabad
please look into the matter and replace / arrange to send the ordered ALMONDS IMMEDIATELY.

    I am from Kartarpur, punjab, 144801.
    You can see in the image clearly that Flipkart, Blue Dart, Myntra. Amazon, all of these delivery companies opened their stall on the highway. This is their daily routine. They will call you and will say come and get your parcel. These people never deliver products at home. Even you mentioned full address. These companies charge for delivery and their delivery boys harras people to leave their work and come to them for their parcel. Then what is the matter of sending like these. I saw there everyone was frustrated and said that I was working, I was studying and have to come for parcel. Everyone waste their time and they sit below a flyover and just call If you don't come they take back your parcel and will say wrong address or person not available. So, I don't know how this will resolve. I found this platform and posting this picture I clicked yesterday 14 of March 2022.

      I have been using Flipkart pay later service since 2 years. All my bills till now are cleared. However i saw my CIBIL score was decreasing every month. It showed an "overdue" amount, even though there's is no overdue amount. All the bills have always been paid. As a result facing continuous drop in Cibil score.

      Both IDFC bank and Flipkart blame each other instead of solving the issue. Already seen alot of other customers facing the issue. It's high time action should be taken against Flipkart now.

        I have ordered the phone in Flipkart at Feb 10 and I have received the phone at Feb 14 but I came to know its a used mobile that's why I kept the request for pick up and refund, phone pick up was completed at March 3 they said we will refund at 2 days but they are keeping many extensions till now first they said march4, 6, 8, 10, 14, 16 like that they are not giving my refund I need money urgently please help me

          Transaction decline

          I purchased a mobile under the smart upgrade plan for that I have to pay pay 5100 rupees remaining, but when i try to clear payment there is an error shows transaction declined due to risk check
          I tried all the payments methods as well as also contact with bank

          The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
          Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account. My old mobile no. was [protected] and My New mobile no. is [protected]. plz update on flipkart.

            Today I ordered RGB muse unfortunately the mouse key does not work hence Flipkart unfortunately does not show return button on the. Product only option given is to request a call back

            When doing so for 8th time agents gives missed calls or when answered the call they keep on silent or mute or some of agent answered the call provided greeting after some while ending the call

            From my end there is no issue with the phone using iPhone 13 network work perfectly fine no issue at all

              I had order a product on 3rd march'22 from flipkart and i received wrong product. i asked for replacement and replacement was coming on 13th march'22 but today is 15th march'22 and still i am waiting for my replacement.
              Today on 15th Mar'22 i received a msg from ekart that Order is rejected.
              if my order is rejected then i want my money back.

              WORST SERVICE PROVIDED BY FLIPKART.

                  I want to inform you that I have account in Flipkart and I am regular customer of Flipkart. I ordered a Vivo phone on 9th January 2022 for one of my friend. Same day order and payment was successfully completed. But next day they cancelled my order and customer care told delivery address is not available With us. After 2-3 days they blocked my Flipkart account as well and when I complaint about this they told me it will resolved within 3-4 working days. But after that complaint i repeated multiple times but no response behalf of Flipkart. Every time they said it resolved within 3-4 days.
                  So I requested to u please resolve this issue as soon as possible because I have some charges in Flipkart pay later account and I am not able to pay also it's increased day by day.

                      I bought Adidas shoes from Flipkart and they were delivered to me on Feb 25, 2022. I have raised a request to return as the size was not matching on the same day and I got a confirmation email (Request ID :[protected]) and the expected date of pick-up was on March 8, 2022.

                      However, when I checked the status in the Flipkart app today, it mentioned that the return was cancelled on March 5, 2022. I didn't have any communication, why it got cancelled.

                      When I contacted Flipkart support team, they mentioned that it could be due to some unforeseen circumstances or issue with the courier and now the product cannot be returned as it's beyond the return window.

                      My questions:
                      1. How did the return get cancelled even without my consent
                      2. Why no information/communication was given to me when the return got cancelled
                      3. Why the consumer/customer have to be penalised for the mistakes of Flipkart or courier
                      4. What I have to do with the shoes, which is not useful

                        Hi Flipkart Customer Service Team,

                        I ordered product with Order ID

                        OD[protected]

                        My product got delivered on 17th February 2022.

                        i request return on 22nd Feb got expected pickup date of 2nd March. but my return got canceled within even pickup attempt. again i made return request on 1st got expected pickup date of 8th march again my return request got canceled on 8th March.

                        at that point of time my return window got over.

                        i contact cs care explained all thing amd senior executive again request return and he promised me that pickup will done by 15th of march.

                        now on 14th of march again my return got canceled.

                        now i want refund as soon as possible.

                        i doesn't want any other solutions please provide my refund as i follow all my Flipkart return policy and even all 3 times pickup even didn't attempt.

                        issue my refund otherwise i need to file a legal complaint on forms.

                        i have all the proof call records and all the details.

                          I placed an order (no:7543000) and wrong color picked up, so called the customer care asking to replace with the original color since the order was not yet shipped, but was told it is not possible and hence cancelled. The next day got a message that it is replaced with the other color, but was already late by then.
                          Placed a fresh order (no:805000) on 15th Feb which was supposed to be delivered by 25th Feb, but got a message on 25th Feb that it is cancelled as per my request. The fun part is that i dint cancel and only calling the customer care desk that the courier is misplaced and hence cancelled - how can the remarks say that i had cancelled ?
                          With no choice left, placed another order (no:6302000) on 25th Feb which was supposed to be delivered on 7th Mar which dint happen, only on follow up got a message that it will be delivered on 9th Mar, which also dint happen and like always, had to follow up multiple times for this information. Upon multiple followups, had a call on with Agniv Roy on 10th Mar who informed that my pincode is incorrect and not serviceable, which is absolutely incorrect since my latest shipment delivered to this pincode was on 27th Feb. He promised that the vendor will be informed about the gap in pincode and the shipment will be delivered, which also did not happen. Got a message on 11th Mar that the order is cancelled and amount is refunded.

                          I had wasted my time and effort from 15 Feb to 11 Mar for a product that is manufactured in India and can reach Hyd within 3 days. I could have imported an international product by this time.

                                I have ordered a Realme 9 pro mobile phone on 28th february, 2022 and haven't received it yet. It's been 15 days and i have raised multiple complaints regarding this through flipkart's customer care number and they haven't resolved it yet. They always tell me to wait for 2-3 days and even after that period my issue remains the same. Whenever i track my order through flipkart's app it in the same status from many days.

                                      I ordered Fastrack sunglasses from Flipkart.. i recieved an empty box.. I recieved my order on 10th March.. Box was empty they only provided me with cover of sunglasses without anything inside it.. box was fully sealed... there were no sign of any open seal.. The payment was made by my debit card...i instantly requested refund and return.. but there is no sign of any assurity..
                                      I am a regular coustomer of Flipkart.. this is quite disturbing for me..
                                      Kindly help me.. either give me my money back or just provide me the order I placed on first place..
