I have order a mobile OPPO Reno 7 5g having a value of Rs.28999, with that i have exchange my mobile ( which have a buyback guarantee scheme purchased with it), so that i have to finally pay Rs.2999.
One delivery attempt has been made but at that time i was not available (because no message or any notification has been send that this will be your delivery date) so i asked him to deliver tomorrow, which delivery person agreed on and said i will deliver tomorrow. On that day i also called customer care to tell them to deliver the product tomorrow, they said don't worry three delivery attempts has to been done, before cancelling the product.
But on next day at 4 a.m. my product has been cancelled by the seller.
When i contact customer care regarding it, they simply say we can not help you and told me to reorder the product, but while reordering the product i am not able to use buyback guarantee scheme, and now i have to pay Rs. 19849 for that.
My product has been cancelled on 4th of march, from that day i have called customer care service so many times but no resolution was done.
I asked them to reactivate buyback guarantee scheme, but no action has been taken so far.

Complaint marked as Resolved After complaining so many times, after raising my concern to several other platform, finally issue has been resolved.
Flipkart accepted their mistake and in email they told me to order the product again, and whatever the price difference is there i have to pay first, then the seller will credit the difference amount in my flipkart wallet.
Though i can't transfer this directly to my bank account, but atleast after 1month of struggle i was able to get the same product at the old price.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
