Cancelled order on sep 13 2016 but money not refunded. contacted customer care and had several follow they closed case saying money refund done, but money is not credited. its more than 2 weeks. they say seller initiated refund but not giving any ref number for same.
They r asking to check bank, but not providing ref number for proof. they are repeatedly sending mails using the same standard template and closing the tickets. full time cheaters
