[Resolved] Flipkart — moto g5 plus defective sim tray received | |||||
I placed order for moto g5 plus (Order id: od[protected] on jan 22. I purchased a jio sim and using with the phonee vodafon. Since in tirupati the vodafone 4g sims (Nano sim) are likeely to available in 15 days. I operated the phone with only one sim. Now when i try to insert the second sim in the slot, i came to know from motorola service center in tirupati that the sim tray is defective and is intended for only slot. Reasons could be 1) defective piece from manufacturer or 2) fraud from the retailer. Imei no: [protected] &[protected] I request you to replace with a new moto g5 plus handset. Mar 27, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved It was a peculiar manufacturing defect...Motorola resolved it after taking time of mine for escalating the issue. One month of time taken for resolving the issue by Motorola.
Flipkart may kindly increase the replacement policy from ten days to thirty days for convenience of customers . Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Feb 22, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
