[Resolved]  Flipkart — Moto one Fusion Plus / Refund not credited to my account

I have ordered a moto one Fusion plus 6 GB ram 128gb in Flipkart on 17th October 2020 with exchange. I paid Rs.10574 for product using my debit card. Later I cancelled my order on October 20 because the exchange was rejected. The flipkart assured of paying the refund amount on 21st October 2020. I didn't get any refund. I raised the issue in flipkart. They told due to some unforeseen delay the refund will be credited on 27th October. In the order detail of that product they mentioned 'Refund Completed' but I didn't get Money even after 27th October 2020. I contacted the customer care they asked to contact the bank. I contacted the bank. They said no such money was deposited yet. Please resolve this issue. I have been using flipkart for the past 3 years never faced this issue. Please escalate this issue and resolve it faster.
