This is Deebiga regarding the Order ID - OD[protected] placed on 15 Oct, '2020 for the item Samsung S20+. Money Rs.49, 999 was debited from my account, paid through UPI but order was not placed.It has been 4 working days.As I have checked with the bank, they claims that the transaction is successful. No response for the email from flipkart and also very lethargic reply in call from the customer care for this huge amount. No promising resolution .

Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart didn't take any actions.. even after posting here. Moved through bank and they were really helpful. Flipkart was so lethargic. Anyway i received the money back...
