I was oder Od[protected] prestige pic 27 induction cooktop on 8th September but flipkart was delivered different model item on 13th sep . I had returned this products but flipkart was blocked my account . He did help me .. he didn't replace this item ..

    Respected sir,
    I have booked Ahmedabad to Hyderabad return ticket on 15th October 2020.
    There were 3 passengers in the name of
    Virendrasinh Chauhan (myself)
    Priyanka Chauhan
    Shivansh Chouhan (Infant)
    Ahmedabad to Hyderabad from INDIGO airline checks ticket.pdf for the same.
    and for Hyderabad to Ahmedabad GOAIR airlines check GoAir_L5NMMS.pdf.

    I have two concerns with Flipkart that
    1) While I have booked a return ticket why GOAIR details are not visible in the Flipkart app.and even travel agent at Flipkart are unable to find any booking on that day.
    2) If I have provided the above name then GOAIR has inherited the same name as provided but in the indigo ticket, my name is replaced with my sons' name(Infant shivansh Chouhan) Why it has happened.
    I have asked the same at the indigo desk at Ahmedabad airport and at the customer center but both are saying that they have printed the same name which was provided by your travel partner.

    My family is travelling on the first week of every month to Hyderabad due to some medical emergencies since 4 months.
    Here Indigo is blaming on Flipkart and Flipkart is directing to indigo for the same.
    - I got worst experience in my life for now when I came to know even Flipkart doesn't have any record for the same and I have tried to seek a resolution from both the side but they both are pointing fingers to each other.
    Due to their software glitch, I am suffering and I have to cancel my ticket and has to rebook the same.
    I have sent the mail on 20th October for the same to Flipkart still no response.
    Why should I suffer for their chaos?

    I want proper justification for the same and concerning liability.

      The above sited subject Due to size issues I was registered for returned delivered parcel . the date of pickup parcel was given in msg on[protected] but not any pickup call has received and I was given office address for delivery and my office time is 10:00 am to 04:00 pm.

        Order ID - OD[protected]

        Acme Atom Steel Toe Leather Safety Shoe I ordered on 07.10.20.

        Suddenly status updated on Flipkart application as item delivered.

        I have not received my ordered item so registered complaint. Flipkart executive called 2 or 3 times and they extended complaint continuously.

        At the end, they marked complain as resolved without taking customers confirmation that product is received or not.

        This is biggest cheating done by Flipkart.

        Kindly check and provide me resolution.

          My flipkart plus account was deactivated recently. When I tried to reactivate it, an alert showing "unable to process" pops up.
          I tried in both desktop and mobile. Nothing works

            Dear Sir/Madam,
            I have placed an order for RPM Fitness RPM717 (2 HP) Carbon motorized Treadmill vide order ID OD[protected] in Flipkart on 20.09.2020 and I have been delivered a Powermax manual treadmill of low quality instead of the ordered one. I have taken up the issue with flipkart on the same day of delivery. Subsequently I cancelled the order and requested for refund of my amount which has not been considered by flipkart. Here, the mistake is on the part of flipkart and not in my side. Whatever the item I ordered could not deliver by the company. So I requested for return of the item and refund of my hard earned money. They can not compell me to use the product on your own wish. So It is requested to kindly take up the issue with flipkart and arrange to either replace the treadmill and deliver me the item I ordered or taken back the product and refund me the amount at the earliest.

              I ordered Sony lens but received used canon lens. Immediatly i raised return request but till date am waiting for resolution.
              On 4th Oct i received mail from your side that my return request has been cancelled and you guys blocked my account with out any resolution.

              Its almost 25 days and am still doing followup with you guys.
              20k is huge amount for me.
              Give my product or money back.
              I already shared all product details, communication details on mail.

                I placed order on 16th Oct during big billion day sale and paid already but the product still didn't not shipped till now (I.E 21st Oct). today is the expected delivery date but didn't shipped. I don't know what's happening with my order and I'm afraid of money that I've spent on this item.

                  I have ordered lenovo laptop from flipkart.com on 16oct2020, at that time - it was showing 19oct2020 will be the date of shipping,
                  today after almost 7 days later, order status still showing the same things.
                  and the flipkart support representative have no idea about where the laptop is?
                  amount is paid with credit card.

                    Hi Sir, Madam,
                    This is sabareswaran.A I have ordered in flipkart 17.10.2020 on saturday poco M2 pro mobile with an exchange value of redmi note 7s with prepaid of 6949 amount but the exchange was less so I have canceled the product but the amount was not credited to my flipkart wallet regarding this I spoke to customer service they said it was credited to your account by Oct 20 2020 but when I spoke today to customer service they said our side it was processed wait for 24 hours they said but I want a solution that my amount should be credited to my Flipkart wallet by yesterday oct .20.2020 but still facing the issue please help me with this & refund process.

                      This is Deebiga regarding the Order ID - OD[protected] placed on 15 Oct, '2020 for the item Samsung S20+. Money Rs.49, 999 was debited from my account, paid through UPI but order was not placed.It has been 4 working days.As I have checked with the bank, they claims that the transaction is successful. No response for the email from flipkart and also very lethargic reply in call from the customer care for this huge amount. No promising resolution .

                        I purchased iphone xr 128 gb worth 41749/- rupees by using my sbi debit card on 15-october-2020 soon after five min i cancelled it . Flipkart confirmed me to get my ammount on 16 October. After five days i couldn't not get my money in my account. They told me to send bank account statement u sent it they told me to wait 24 hour then 48 hour then 2 days so on... Any time i call them they say me the same thing that we follow up your problem and give me a date but they not even call me. When i call to them they said Flipkart has sent you money kindly check your bank when i call to bank they say no money is credited to your account . Flipkart is lying . Flipkart don't take my profile seriously . So i want to register a complaint against them. Flipkart is not giving us customer satisfaction and cheat with us .

                          Hi Team,

                          I have ordered Realm 7 and Order Id : OD[protected]
                          But its not upto the mark as per specifications given and not satisfied with mobile. Main issue is camera mentioned 64 MP but its not upto the mark.
                          Picture quality is not good and same i have raised same complaint to Flipkart.
                          Flipkart team raised multiple return requests and tech visit but its rejected and replaced the my mobile. But still not happy with replaced product and raised refund request. Its raised 3 times and rejected. Now Flipkart team saying i need to go service center to resolve my issues and refund will not possible. I have connected multiple times to Flipkart and they haven't informed about this.

                          I need to refund my amount, Please help to resolve my issue.

                                On 15th October i ordered poco m2 pro mobile with order id OD[protected] Payment got deducted from my sbi bank account but flipkart shows 'payment not received from the bank' and 'order is pending'. I have been waiting for 6 days to happen something. I lodged a complain also on flipcart but no response even after 3 days. Nor they are refunding my money nor they are confirming the order. They are simply ignoring my request.

                                    I have purchased a wrangler slim men blue jeans (OD[protected] from Flipkart in Big Billion sale on[protected] at 6:50 PM but the product is duplicate. It looks like garbage that is purchased from street side. MRP printed on the product is Rs.2495 but item does not seems to be of this price. Product material is low, stitches is poor.

                                    I have also lodged a complain in flipkart with No. - IN[protected] but no response is taking from their side.

                                    Please find attachment for your reference.

                                    Requesting you to kindly rectify the issue and take proper action over it.

                                      I have ordered a mobile phone which got delivered to me from banglore. I am currently residing at Ahmedabad. As per gst rules supplier is suppose to mention GSTIN of buyer if available i.e.buyers can have the option to quote their GSTIN so this is an option available to buyer not seller.seller is mandatorily required to quote GSTIN of buyer if he is willing to give GSTIN.but on flipkart many products are sold without having option to quote GSTIN of buyer.this is clearly violation of law and a very high probability of evasion of tax since b2C transactions are not easily traceable.

                                        Yesterday delivery boy camed to my house to deliver my phone which was 19k and I asked him for using my debit card he said due to covid we are using sms payment via mswipe and I paid it I also received aproval code and transaction details in sms and he is asking me otp from Flipkart app but I didn't received anything from them then delivery boy not delivering my product
