I bought an iPhone XR from flipkart and replaced my Redmi 5A as a replacement offer.
The product i have got is nice and working without any issue.
Product was delivered in time.
But now here comes "BaniyaGiri" of flipkart company. They sent an clever guy who is just trained for making fool o[censored]s. He was not a courier agent, He was came from Flipkart and his motive was to take my phone in just 1200 however on offer it was showing 2850 INR.
He was confident that his Scamming mobile app will give only 1200 of my phone and the same thing happened.
He was behaving like they want my phone for free. If you don't need my phone then why running offer with fake replacement price?
For once i denied to accept my order and asked him to leave and he called me again and said you will not be able to call me yourself so think again.
Just because it was a prepaid order i thought if anyone shows it as received then i will have a big loss. Seriously there agents are a low earning peoples they can do anything. i don't trust them. So i call him back and asked him to increase the price. He called his boss and then offered me 1500 inr.
So this is how an Indian company works. Basically i am an Amazon customer. I never go with any Indian company like snapdeal, micromax, havells, intex, flipkart and so so. I ordered this phone on flipkart because of the offer on that phone otherwise amazon is my first choice. I never face any issue with them like that.
All these Indian companies have one thing common and that is bad after sales service. I have bad experience with all of these Indian companies.
Remember the Lala (baniya) of mother India movie.
That's the real character/DNA of these Indian companies.
I am writing this complain to aware others don't believe on the phone replacement offer its a scam only. My phone was in a working condition and screen was also fine, touch was working and body was also not broken.
So beware and don't go with prepaid. If they don't take your phone in good price then cancel the order. :)
