[Resolved] Flipkart — Mudit retail ventures back cover for gionee s6 | |||||
I would like to mention that I had ordered Mudit Retail Ventures Back Cover for Gionee S6 ordered on 20.03.2016 delivered on 25th March 2016 for Rs. 350 order ID OD[protected]. It is true that i ordered Gionee S6 back cover as i needed Gionee S plus back cover. Mistakenly it happended. But if it is not fitting in my handset why i am not getting replacement or refund. Flipcart has refused to give me replacement /refund. Please look into the matter as they are giving the remarks. “We’re sorry. We are unable to process your replace request. Please refer to flipcart return policy.” It is very sorry to mention that i am one of customer of flipcart and i was not familiar with the return policy of flipcart. Verified Support Apr 05, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Necessary information has been shared to customer through mail. Request customer to have a check for the same, as seller delivered the same product which was delivered from the customer.
