[Resolved]  Flipkart — my account is blocked mentioning high number o[censored]nusual returns.

After researching a lot on the internet, still not sure why flipkart has blocked my account. Maybe the reason as other people saying that we can not order the same product thrice, and i ordered moto cplus for three of my relatives (Since they don't have idea how to order). And in one order [order id : od[protected] ] by mistake, flipkart refunded money as i got the delivery confirmation message before actual delivery, but when they called me and asked to transfer the money i did the same and also receive their confirmation call that this order is settled. Now come the order id : od[protected]For which my account is blocked) [order was placed on 26th jan 2018 and delivered on 29th jan 2018]

This order i placed for my brother on office address greater noida (Since i'm llivivng in bengalore).
So i ordered lenovo vibe k5 plus black colored mobile. But the product delivered was of champaign (Golden) color and there was no seal on the box and the mobile was also not looking new. It seemed it was repaired and sold again, another thing the invoice (From some third party seller) doesn't have the imei number of the mobile.
For all above concern, i called flipkart raised a complaint and sent a mail with all pictures were taken just after delivery (Can be matched by checking picture properties).
So, after all this within 1 hour i received a mail from flipkart stating below
"hello, � � we'd like to let you know that your recent request has been canceled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account. Thanks, flipkart" [[screenshots are attached]

I tried all possible methods to reach them explain them or they could tell me what are thise unusual returns?? But they were sending the above reply again and again.
Was really its my mistake to complain if i didn't get what i ordered??

Dear sir/mam.. Please help me to resolve this and unblock my account.
