    login unsuccessful & unable to update my password

    I bought one product netgear orbi router on 25th jan of 2018 order id : od[protected]. Got the product on 31st and when i opened the box it was completely empty like there was main brown box packaging and then the blue product box only there was literally nothing else in the whole package!! I filled return of the same product od[protected]. I waited almost 12 days i was calling and emailing the customer care or say "support" each day and i was told that it will be sorted within 24 or 48 hrs! Your so-called support team promised me that we have rule that within 12 business days it will be sorted out but nothing happened so i kept calling and emailing you but still nothing happened so finally i complained on twitter and luckily got a response and promised that the issue will be sorted within 24 hrs.in the morning today got sms and mail saying that the seller has cancelled your refund request and also saying that we have seen many return requests so we are unable to process any return request so on and on. There was also stated that you are also banned to login to your account and shop from flipkart! If anyone has done shopping with flipkart than it should mean that they cannot return the product even if the product is defective or damaged! Od[protected] this order when i am getting empty box than any normal human will surely react by returning it obviously! Flipkart has banned my account and i can not use it even if i wish to... Please help in regarding the same...

      I ordered samsung s8+ (58, 900) and flipkart additional i year extended warranty (2, 272) on 25th jan via flipkart with zero cost emi for 18 months (Od[protected]. The same was delivered on 28th jan. The offer was that the total amount of 61, 172 to be paid as emi for 18 months with no additional cost. As per flipkart communication, emi cost of 6, 448 was waived by the brand and in the card only 54, 724 was charged. But on receiving the first statement, i found that emi amount was higher. On contacting the axis bank, they said that total emi cost including gst is approximately 7, 937. So an addition of 1, 489 is charged for which the bank says merchant (Flipkart) needs to answer. Please can you review and let me know why there is an additional charge of 1, 489 which was not communicated at the time of purchase.

        My order id-od[protected] on 15th feb i ordered my iphone x n paid them through credit card after 2days on 18th feb i received my product on 18th feb around 2:00 delivery boy gave me parcel i told him to open but he refused n said he have enough parcels to deliver n getting late, he left my place after 2min i opened it n totally shocked there is nothing inside it i took pictures of that n called customer care directly they told me to wait for 3days to check it after 3days they asked me to give 2days more on 24th they called me that seller rejected my request n for further investigation they want my id proof i have them n they ask me to wait 1week till yet not recieve anything n they are not contacting me or not giving me answer m totally fed up with these guys not able to understand what to with them last option is to take legal action otherwise they will not do anything seriously pissed off they are cheaters.

              Recently, ive placed an order on flipkart worth rs 71 only in which flipkart offered promotional discount.
              After few hours, they just cancelled the order by stating that due to unavailability we are cancelling ur order.
              Till that, i was unhappy that company like flipkart couldn't fulfill at whatever condition.

              And today their mr. Kamran customer executive, misleading me completely that order was cancelled due to price error.

              Then what's the mean of promotional discount and unavailability.

              Why they can't deliver it to me even they are about to send bulk orders on same address to anyone if he/she placed an orders for sure?

              Neither they are giving compensate nor they delivering such orders.

              Requesting you to tell them to fulfill your orders if they provided.

              Such a bad experience.

              Never use flipkart again and never recommend again.

                          I wish you to raise the issue of improper marketing techniques used by flipkart.
                          So that the bona fide customer could get aware about such poor marketing tactics and compel flipkart to provide better consumer service.
                          I am sending you the text that i have mailed to flipkart.

                          I had placed an order of philips trimmer qt4011/15 on 26th feb 2018 for rs1499.
                          I had contacted flipkart customer care on 1st mar when the product was not yet dispatched by the seller and the executive assured me that the order is approved and confirm and will surely be dispatched.
                          But today i. E. 3rd mar i received a mail that the product has been cancelled due to limited stock.
                          I had a talk with one of senior executive today vikas and he was continuously saying sorry and didn't come out with any solution.
                          A regular bonafide customer with a very long association with flipkart like me feels very cheated by this fraudulent technique of marketing by lowering the price and then not delivering product even after it is confirmed and wasting my 6 days without any information about cancellation even on call on 1st mar.
                          I request you to kindly refer to todays call with mr vikas and come out with a solution by offering the same product on the same price otherwise i will definitely take up the isse to social networking and it may have adverse effect on reputation of company and it definitely comes under fraud.

                              same problem ...it took me 3 second after selecting debit card for payment suddenly out of stock ...this happens two time with me ...flipkart should take action against black selling on olx...after 5 mins on olx same mobile buy same date selling at high prises...how this seller gets mobile why not we...mi store also saying phone not available same mobile from mi store in mumbai baught and sell ...all are milibagt with store staff

                                This is my second time m writing to u because no issue has been resolved till now. Still getting the same fake calls n fake updates but no proper answer or genuine reason why it's getting delayed. Now this is heights o[censored]nprofessionalism. M feeling like i have done a big mistake buying this phone from flipkart. I have also recieved a call from ur side assuring that my issue will be solved by today but again flipkart has delayed the tech visit for no reason as they have been doing till now. I request you to please look into the matter very seriously as m getting fed up and frustrated now because of their irresponsive behaviour and unprofessionalism.in my flipkart app it's showing refund request has been approved but today an executive has called me up saying my tech visit has been delayed to 5th march for no reason. It has been happening to me since more than 15 days now. Its really frustrating. Kindly help me solve my issue as soon as possible.

                                So this kind of trick of delaying has been played with everyone. Fake promises and fake tech visit messages but at the end nobody turn up and then again the same story of rescheduling the tech visit. If my issue is not solved now I will raise a complaint in consumer court.i got an update in my Flipkart app of tech visit completed and request approved but no tech visit had been done yet. This is too much now.

                                Again my tech visit has been delayed which was about to happen yesterday on 2nd March which later got delayed to 5thmarch and now it's delayed to 7th march. And the reason they are giving me is technician had called me but I didn't responded. I get calls from customer care executive explaining me the reason for the delay and also I get call back when I request it but only their technician cannot contact me. I don't know from where their technician is being contacting me but is unable to reach me.i also asked their technician s number so that I can call him and do the needful but they are not even giving me his number.nor they are giving me information of technicians name and number who was appointed to solve my issue. Even after replying to their mails for providing my alternate number, their systems are still not updated for which I had to call and update my number. M getting so many calls from customer care saying sorry for delaying but doing nothing for me. only their technician cannot contact me is abit surprising thing for me.i request you to please help me as m very much disappointed and frustrated with their service and same fake reasons.

                                Customer raised a complaint regarding the product being defective. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on March 09, 2018. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                                  During the 2nd flash sale of redmi note 5 pro mobile has been added to my cart but immediately before my payment it has shown out of stock.

                                  I am not at all happy with your service. Because once the item was added to the cart how can it be added to some other one to purchase.

                                  This is complete cheating of customers.
