[Resolved] Flipkart — my account was blocked by flipkart | |||||
Hello sir, i am sai prem hari krishna, i have an flipkart account with the registered mobile number : [protected] and email address : [protected]@gmail.com, i have booked 2 mobiles at a time from my account on a flash sale for my friends. Mobiles were delivered successfully and flipkart blocked my account. I have raised a ticket with them, incident id: in[protected]. I got a reply from flipkart that "we'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are for reselling and not for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account." i have called them 3 to 4 times and all they said is to send a reply to their email address [protected]@flipkart.com, i have sent 3 mails and there is no reply from them. I request you to please contact them and make them to unblock my accoun. Registered mobile number : [protected] and email address : [protected]@gmail.com thanks, sai prem hari krishna.
