[Resolved] Flipkart — my complaint is not resolved yet, how come you can mark it has resolved

I have ordered a sofaset and it resembles completely different from the picture. It is looking like a gunny bag with jute filled and is very hard too. Request you to replace the product or return the money back and i am very disappointed with the product delivered by flipkart. Verified Support Feb 07, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer complain was received a different product, so interacted with customer apologized and provided refund and closed the complaint.
