Flipkart — My mobile order cancelled without my permission | |
First of all my order was cancelled without any update to me. I did not ask to cancel my order. The delivery agent visited my house on 8th October 2021as he was not taking the exchange phone I said him to reschedule the delivery and he said me that ok he has rescheduled the delivery for tomorrow i.e on 9th October 2021 but suddenly next day early morning at 3.56am I get message from Flipkart that order has been cancelled. I did not place any request to cancel my order. Secondly flipkart was to take a exchange phone from me but at the time of exchange the delivery agent denied to take the exchange phone which was in absolutely good and working condition still they denied to take the exchange phone without any valid reason which is why I did not take the delivery on 8th October 2021 but next day on 9th October 2021 when I was sleeping early at midnight flipkart cancelled my order without my permission. I ordered this mobile through my sister's Bajaj Finserv emi card on loan. We belong to normal middle class family and maybe so flipkart thought what will they do if we did not take exchange phone and cancel order without any permission. I request to please take strict action against this and provide a resolution to me at the earliest. Also I tried to contact them to stop the cancellation of order but it says that it is already cancelled and now they cannot do anything and says that place a new order. I cannot place new order immediately as the emi card now doesn't have the required limit available and we haven't received the refund as well.My sister got a message that refund will be processed by 19th October 2021. This is a total misleading done by flipkart to customer like us. They think that they can do anything and so they did. I request consumer complaint team to take strict action and provide me a resolution of this. Also I've been charged some amount as transaction fee which is not refundable and who is going to pay me that. I guarantee that flipkart doesn't have any proof of me cancelling the order still they did it. Was this information helpful? | |
