My name is Dinesh Sharma. I have placed an order on 2nd October, 2021 through a friend's Flipkart Plus account and they have given me the date of delivery 6th October, 2021. They have changed the delivery date on 6th october to 9th October. Moreover, my product's delivery address was of Sonipat, Haryana, and they have shown in the tracking details that product to be shipped from Farukhnagar, Haryana. But instead of sending product directly from Farukhnagar to Sonipat, they have erroneously sent it to Cuttack, Odisha. When I called customer care on their toll free number, he said it may happen with some orders. I am attaching screenshots.
