Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this complaint regarding my order (Order ID: OD[protected], for which I had initiated a return request.
However, I have been informed that the return has been rejected on the basis of seller wrong update which is completely incorrect and unjustified. No valid proof or proper explanation has been provided for this mere pas product rejection. Proof here clearly mentioned wrong product delivered
This action amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.
I request you to kindly:
Re-initiate the return pickup immediately, OR
Process full refund without further delay
If my issue is not resolved within 3 days, I will be forced to file a formal complaint with National Consumer Helpline and proceed with legal action in consumer court without any further notice.
