[Resolved] Flipkart — my order od[protected] still not delivered | |||||
Hi, I have purchased mobile on 11 october 2018. As per status update my order received to nearest hub i. E warje hub pune on 14 october 2018. After i called several times but still order not delivered. Everyday flipkart updates as product out for delivery but delivery and mark it as failed as wishmaster didn't reach my address. Everyday i calls flipkart but they just gives me date as my order is escalated and will be delivered by 20 october 2018. On 19 october 2018 again i have called them and got surprised that now flipkart saying wait till 23 october 2018. I have asked them for cancellation but everytime they says it is system issues and that's why they can't my order. Moreover they says that once wishmaster is at your doorstep then deny the delivery and it will be cancelled. But till i didn't got call from wishmaster and noone came for delivery also at my shipping address. Flipkart is doing it this unethical business and not delivering the product. Please extend this to as many as possible and let the truth get highlighted. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I received call from Bangalore on 20 October. I think lady who was talked with me is from grievance team.
She told me to wait till 7pm and product will get delivered surely.And if it not delivered then maximum by 22 October 2018.It will be delivered.
But what if it is not delivered by 22 october 2018 also.
She just it will get delivered for sure.
Now flipkart has to deliver it by 22 October 2018 or refund me as I am not able to cancel the order.

But what if it is not delivered by 22 october 2018 also.
She just it will get delivered for sure.
Now flipkart has to deliver it by 22 October 2018 or refund me as I am not able to cancel the order.

My Question is Since I ordered in Big Billion days, And On Order canceling Flipkart, Seller and Dotzot will be benefitted, Suppose when product would be canceled And Mobile high in Demand, And Seller will earn 2000 RS and Gave commission to Flipkart 500, Dotzot-500 and Keep 1000 Rs with himself and in Addition Flipkart will refund money in 10-15 Days and if they do with 1000 0customers means They will have Crores RS to Invest for Bussiness purpose . IS They are doing to become Big Billion Company?
