Flipkart — My order was cancelled by the seller after approval and discussion with Customer care who confirmed that order has been approved

I ordered 5 vouchers of BPCL on Wednesday 3rd Aug 2022. The order was placed and i paid Rs.4100 through credit card. The voucher was not delivered instantly however I discussed with customer care 4 times and each time they told that the same is approved and will be provided shortly to you on email.

Further the order was Cancelled by the seller without citing any reason. Now this is a complete breach of buyer-seller Contract as they have accepted the order and then cancelled it because of
Some mistake on their part.
Also flipkart says order was canceled by the seller. If sellers can cancel any order like that how can we trust flipkart that if we see a compelling deal that it will be fulfilled. This creates a lack of trust in flipkart online marketplace as I am utterly disappointed in its Service as it seemed like flipkart is more seller oriented than consumer Oriented. If sellers don't honor their agreements how we are supposed to Trust flipkart on buying something online.
I am being a Flipkart Plus customer and a regular customer of flipkart, these type of actions from flipkart will mislead the customers and make them to choose other online platforms..
