after contacting them for 10 days endless minutes wasted they finnally cancelled my ordered after 15 days and refund process started on 16th day. no calls or apologies from Flipkart . this is my purchase from them .. bye bye Flipkart

look at the false commitments and time wasted by calling customer care. they don't know where is my product. nor cancelling my product and refunding my credit paid money

poco and Flipkart sales event are scam
finnally after many tweets. at the end seller failed and cancelled the order. and refund process started.
whole procedure took 15-16 days.
customer care of Flipkart is useless they don't know anything nor have any powers

    Ordered on 12th June and its 30th July still i haven't received my product yet. At first, on 15th July it was shown that the product is delivered, at that time I was shocked as no product has reached my doorstep...I also asked my neighbour if they have seen any delivery boy ... But no one have seen anything...Then I requested to raise a complaint
    Called the Flipkart customer care support and talked to them and they said the problem will be resolved in 2to3 days... On 19th July it was said that the product will be delivered on 24th July, then it was delayed to 27th, then a message said that it will be delivered on 30tg July ...
    And Today also no activity can be seen

    I am highly disappointed with the support provided and fake promises. Flipkart didn't meet the delivery promise date for almost 41 days..., .
    Very unethical behaviour from the flipkart customer care as well. I have already made payment of rs. 4792 as there was no option of cod. Now they are aren't delivering my product neighter they are providing refund.
    Plzzzz look into the problem otherwise now I have to complaint to the consumer forum against Flipkart..

      I ordered some products from flipkart on 16th July, 2022, bearing order id: OD[protected], for which I prepaid, they were supposedly to be delivered by 20th July, 2022, but instead I received a message from flipkart stating that delivery was delayed due to logistical constraints. Therefore, on 23rd July I cancelled the products and was supposed to get refund within 1 working day, but when the refund was not credited by 25th July I contacted the customer care. After stating the issues I was assured that the refund would be initiated by 28th July, and on 28th I received a e-mail stating that the problem would get resolved by 7:01 pm, 29th July.
      I called the customer care again on 29th July, 8:00 pm, I briefed them about the entire issue, to which I was told that Flipkart was unable to contact the seller, and the deadline was extended to 1st August.
      There are several products that have not been delivered as of yet due to logistical constraints( actually they have not been shipped yet).
      I want flipkart to refund my amount (Rs. 1180/-) at the earliest and pay me a compensation for all the physical and mental stress that I had to go through due to all these issues, and also request them to deliver the products at the earliest.

            Flipkart doesn’t recognise my phone’s imei number when i enter the same for exchange. It shows error: ‘entered imei number did not match with selected brand and model’.
            I had purchased the my phone from Hyderabad and I have the bill too with me!! I’ve checked online for my phone’s authenticity using imei number and it appears clean. I don’t see any other reason why it is not recognising. Please check and let me know

              I ordered some grocery items on flipkart grocery on 28jul2022. I made the payment from flipkart gift card (means the order is prepaid), the delivery date of order was 29jul2022.
              On 29jul I got a sms that my order is out for delivery, and in evening my app showing me that order is delivered.
              But nothing was delivered to me.
              And no one contact me on my number to deliver the order.
              Now I have no idea to what to do.

                    Flipkart se maine ek refurbished iphone 7 order kiya tha jo ki mujhe 09 jul 2022 ko mila tha maine jab use on kiya to mobile pahle defective tha to maine turant flipkart ke custmercare se ish sambandh me baat ki to unke dwara mere product ko return kiya gaya aur mujhe kaha gya ki return product recive hote hi apka refund apke account me chla jayega aur mujhe return hone ki date 27 jul 2022 tak ki di gayi.. 2 din bit gaye par phone pickup nahi hua aur mera flipkart account block kar diya gaya..Jab maine phr baat ki to btaya gya ki 2 din mein apko flipkart ke taraf se call ya mail ke jariye samparak karke apka account unblock karwa diya jayega aur apka return 27 jul se pahle ya tak ho jayega..Mujhe koi call mail jab 27 july tak nahi aaya to maine phir flipkart ko call kiya to mujhe 30 july tak ka phir date mila..Aaj mujhe mail aaya to usme likha hua hai ki aapke account se jyade return hone ki wajah se apka account unblock nahi kiya ja sakta hai aur mera return bhi nahi liya ja raha jo ki mere 16499 /- fas gaye..                       I ordered two saree from flipkart and paid amount of both in COD but now I recieved only one product and on the parcel its also written two qty but there is only one saree! I called the delivery boy.. he told me he will raise complain on this but still there is no action! I want my refund or replacement! Had very bad experience with flipkart!

                        I ordered a tshirt from Flipkart and it shows that it reached the hub near me but when I try to call the number it shows on Flipkart of the delivery boy he is not attending my call. I am very dissatisfied with the service. It was supposed to be a birthday gift, now what am I supposed to do.

                          I ordered oppo ear buds on 5th July an it was delivered to me 14th July .but after it was delivered the order got cancelled from my hand by mistake.The next day the same delivery boy came to take back the order . He took the order and I asked him when will I get my money back he said you will get it back in 1 an 2 days. after that he went, i talked for it on toll free also but no solution was given .i attached the transaction and order details of the money below 👇 please give me a solution as soon as possible otherwise I will file consumer court...no another time option now

                            Dear Flipkart Team,
                            I (Satya Sudheer Athukuri) am a preveliged customer to flipkart since long time.

                            Recently, Have ordered SAMSUNG Refrigerator, Same has been delivered timely & The Installation Engineer Suppose to visit on 16th July according to the order.

                            But not visited till the time, Have approched flipkart Customer Care team multiple times/logged a complaint also but Installation Engineer not visited till date.

                            When we contact flipkart CC team, By putting in hold for some time CC representatives are disconnecting the call by not giving proper solution.

                            Moreover, In addition to that My account has been blocked with unknown reason, This is really a horrible experience with Flipkart & Never ever expected this kind of service from any of the reputed platform.

                            Kindly invesigate on this immediately & activate my accout on priority basis so that we can able to track other orders which are to be delivered.

                                Extremely disappointed with the service provided by Flipkart. For almost more than one month, the products are not getting delivered nor informing us once it reaches the respective hub. No updates are provided from Flipkart's end too. It reaches the hub and is sent back without informing us. We will get to know about all these once we check with the employees in the hub (Kattappana) directly. We had raised this issue through their customer care centre but that was also in vain. They were also helpless. It is better to purchase directly than going with Flipkart since, it can't fullfill the customer needs.

                                    I was supposed to get this laptop which I have already paid 77, 240 rupees on 26th July. But Flipkart has delayed it 3 times already and now saying they will try to resolve issue in next 5 days by 3rd Aug.

                                    My laptop has already reached hub nearest to my location on 27th. It has already been more than 3 days but they are not delivering.

                                    Fraud/Unethical practices by Flipkart:
                                    - Misguiding customers by showing product has reached nearest hub.
                                    - Support team don't give any reason and only says 'Due to unexpected reasons this has happened'. Their support team is only for giving emotional support and not solve the issue.
                                    - Support team put all blame on Ekart delivery partner. And there is no way to contact Ekart.
                                    - They are giving 2000 rs if I order same laptop again, which costs me 3000 more now. They have not even refunded the money.

                                    Fraud by Ekart Logistics:
                                    - Showing wrong information of the product status in transit.
                                    - Not giving actual reasons about why it is not being delivered.

                                    Fraud by seller TBL Online:
                                    - Maybe they have not delivered the exact product and got my money. Now flipkart push me to cancel. And i will have to order again on higher price.

                                    I have already spend more than and hour talkin' to your customer support but you guys are not helpful.

                                    I DON'T WANT TO CANCEL THE ORDER FOR WHICH I HAVE ALREADY PAID, AND I NEED MY LAPTOP IMMEDIATELY, I NEED THIS FOR WORK PURPOSE.

                                    WHY LAPTOP IS NOT BEING DELIVERYED IF ALREADY AT MY NEAREST HUB FOR MORE THAN 3 DAYS?

                                    RESOLVE THIS ISSUE IMMEDIATELY OR I WILL HAVE TO TAKE STRICT LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THIS.

                                        Dear Team,

                                        My account has been blocked on the pretext of 'account security' and alleged irregularities in methods of payment.

                                        This is to confirm that my account is absolutely secured and the transactions are carried out by me. There was an issue with my old SBI card and the company issued a new card subsequently. As a result, there need not be any issue whatsoever.

                                        Moreover, my account history of over a decade is enough proof to show that I had been a loyal Flipkart customer.

                                        If the customer ascertains that there is no issue of account security, isn't it a concern that the company doesn't heed even a dozen reminders?

                                        I reiterate that there was never a malafide intent. The irregularities detected by the system is completely baseless and I am ready to furnish any proof they need with regard to account security.
