    I had ordered a product from Flipkart on 20th of July 2022. Logistic partner Ekart Logistics attempted the delivery on 21st of July. The delivery person who came sent me a link that belonged to Mswipe to make the payment. I made a payment of 1499 using the same link through the Paytm UPI option and the money got deducted from my bank account immediately. My bank account statement reflects the same as well. However, the logistic partner denied the seller to have received any amount and refused the delivery. The order which I placed has now been cancelled. However, I am yet to get my money back into my bank account.

    Please have a look at the issue and do the needful.

    I am attaching here the screenshot of the payment history from my Paytm app as well the screenshot which shows the payment received at mswipe.

      I placed an order for Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 on flipkart and made a payment of Rs 12990 but flipkart is saying that payment is not confirmed and they have not placed the order yet neither have I got a refund.

          Flipkart - Items missing upon delivery.
          Product: Google Pixel Buds A Series

          I placed an order for Google Pixel Buds A Series on 04/06/2022, and paid for it at the same time using
          my credit/debit card. The item was delivered to me on 06/06/2022 to my delivery address.
          Upon unboxing the product package, I realized that there were no buds inside. It only had the USB cable & Charger.
          I contacted the delivery person immediately and was asked to raise a ticket to file the complaint.
          Flipkart representative closed my case immediately by saying that the buds have been misplaced from my end.

            Purchased an ac from Flipkart on 26th May 2020. the price of the ac was 30999. there was a 2000 rs instant discount on HDFC credit card and a no cost emi scheme. now Flipkart have me a discount of 4079 which was charged as interest by the bank. the ac was defective since start and after complaining to higher authorities samsung has now agreed to take back the ac and pay me depreciated cost. but Flipkart has issued me an invoice of 24920 where as my product payment i have made is 28999. you'll have deducted the emi interest from the invoice value. as this was a no cost emi scheme the price of the product remains same 28999 for full payment as well as emi so how can you'll reduce the invoice value. now samsung is paying me 17693 as per invoice value of 24920 so who is responsible for the diffrence of rs 4079. i had opted for no cost emi which means i have not paid 4079 as interest it's the price of the product only. i recently purchased a washing machine from Amazon on no cost emi where Amazon also deducted the no cost emi discount from order details but they have given me full invoice of 10999. so either Flipkart gives me the revised invoice for the full value of 28999 what i have paid or they pay the diffrence of the amount of rs 4079 to me or else I will have to move ahead to consumer court with legal proceedings against Flipkart for undervaluing their sales and providing wrong invoice to their customers. waiting for a positive reply asap or moving ahead with legal proceedings in consumer court.

              I ordered realme smart watch S on 13 July 2022 and on 15 July I received that product which is totally different there is Peter England watch on that box i raised a return request several times but every time my request has been rejected by the Flipkart site even several times I call customer care help line they said wait 72hrs we will solve this but after 72hrs nothing happened and i didn't get positive response by there side and they waste my time... And last day of 7 day return policy my I'd has been blocked and i am like helpless... Please it's my request to you to solve this problem I want refund...

                I have ordered 2 quantity rakhi sets twice from this seller. Both the times wrong items were delivered. Second time, one quantity was missing. I have contacted same day flipkart and they assured me that missing item amount will be refunded. However, at last when I contact them before 21st July customer care told me that I will get the amount till 24th Jul no need to contact flipkart for this issue our team will only contact you. I did not get call back from the team and when I contact them on 27th Jul I was told that return policy got over and amount will not be refunded so at last not got the product and amount was also not refunded. So bad service from flipkart that customers were not conveyed clearly about the deadline and if required to follow-up like I was assured that amount will be refunded no need to contact but at last I was told that policy got over as I did not contact after 21 July till 24th July.

                  Request you to kindly deactivate and permanently close my flipkart pay later account.
                  When i see my credit score it is clearly showing that i took loan from idfc first bank and this needs to be cleared immediately as it is effecting my credit score. I don't have any pending payments in flipkart paylater. So kindly deactivate my flipkart pay later account immediately.

                    I ordered asus strix g15 on 17th of July 2022 and it was supposed to be delivered on 20th July which was delayed to 23rd July and then a notice saying we will try to deliver within 3 days today is 27th July 2022 and my order has not been delivered uptill now. Flipkart being careless with such products they should have delivered it on time . I had never expected such poor delivery service from flipkart. I never had this bad experience from any other company. Team flipkart please resolve my issue on time..

                          I ordered a product on 7th july 2022 from flipkart(cod) the promised delivery date was 11th july at the time of order and next day the delivery date changed to july 22.Till 18th july the seller didn't packed the product and it was not shipped.Finally the product reached nearest hub to me on 20 july 3:42am again i waited for the delivery call no one attempted for delivery of the product so i went to the hib on 21 july 8:00pm and asked them for the product then they sent me a link asking 8127rupees for the product I made payment via phonepay through the link they sent and my money debited from my account.I waited there for more than one hour but they said that money not received to them I made a complaint on flipkart customer care no. they putting me on hold for a while and disconnecting my call.No one resolved my issue till now.Here the Flipkart cheated me with delivery date(not delivering on promised delivery date&extende delivery date and not attempting delivery even after the product reached the hub)&they finally cancelled my order without providing any information to me.They kept me waited for 15 days and more wasted my time and cancelled the product without my concern.I lost money through payment and they wasted my time.

                                1. I have booked above mentioned realme TV on 15 Jul 22 and I got message that
                                item will be delivered in a week.
                                2. I could not get the item in a week. On 21 Jul at 2300 hrs a rep called me that he
                                is coming to deliver the item at night. I astonished that item is supplied at night 2300
                                hrs. I told to come on next day for delivery of item.
                                3. He agreed to deliver the item on to 23 Jul 22. But could not come on given time.
                                4. On 24 Jul he called me that he is coming to deliver the item. I was eagerly
                                waiting of my item. When I saw the vehicle. The vehicle is fully loaded with different
                                items and all items are wet due to ongoing rain. I requested at use some tarpaulin over
                                vehicle to avoid damage to item. The tarpaulin was torn at many places and all item are
                                wet. He told we are coming like that only.
                                5. When I saw my item the TV box is fully wet with rain water and rep is telling take
                                item like that only. We are purchasing costly items from a reputed firm and agency is
                                not taking any care to supply the item in safe and good condition.
                                6. More over the rep was not talking properly.
                                7. It is requested to supply my order in good condition at the earliest.
                                8. Earlier also my realme android phone was delivered after 15 days.
                                9. And Also orders cancel without information and without any reason.

                                    Flipkart product LG Dual Converter AC has been delivered on 23 July, 2022 Saturday but the installation team hasn't done the installation which should be done with 48 hours after receiving of the product. The installation team has been continuously delaying that they haven't received any notification from Flipkart. I don't know who's at fault but I want Flipkart to immediately resolve this problem. I want my AC to be installed urgently.

                                      Hi Team,

                                      This is regarding a order of iphone 12 i placed on flipkart app on 23rd July 11:59 pm. When i placed the order, it was not confirmed but amount of 46378/- deducted from my account. I can see this order on flipkart app in pending state but flipkart Customercare is saying they cannot see the orderId at all. I am following up from last three days but there is no response from flipkart. I checked the same from my Bank as well and they confirmed that transaction was successful. Please help me regarding the same.

                                        I am not able to login to my account. I have forgotten my password and the registered email id. And there is no "Forgot Password " option.
                                        When trying on desktop, they are asking for otp sent to registered email id and I don't have that email id now.
                                        Please help.
