I had placed my order from Flipkart for 2 Noise Airbud Mini on 30/06/2021 Order number: OD[protected]. I had received both my products on 3/07/2021.
Product A: completely fine.
Product B: Defective and bluetooth issue.
for the product B I had raised a request for replacement to be sent out to me on 04/07/2021 and was told that I will receive a call back on 05/07/2021.
I was sent out a replacement headset from Flipkart on 05/07/2021. The product I had received was unimaginable. It was fully damaged, full scratch marks on the case and the ear buds, the box was torn and not sealed with Noise sticker, the product box was not packed at all, the earbuds case was not in the cushion and the cushion to cover the case was out of the box cover, the box cover I received also was not the correct one, the earbud was having a BLUE seal instead of a RED seal. Flipkart fully cheated me to the core! Such a pathetic service. I have the pics of the product I received the second time such a horrible packing!
I raised a request to return the headset immediately however while doing that, I got an option to raise a Refund rather than a Replacement.
I was promised that I will get a call back, however the Flipkart team just gave a 1 second miss call and never called me back for the same.
The next day I contacted The flipkart team myself as I have paid for the product from my credit card and I have to pay for it but I have received a faulty product.
With numerous call backs made by me to the team. I got my order being taken back on 09/07/2021, and I am expecting my refund on 13/07/2021.
This is not all! The Flipkart team have cancelled my Product A rather than Product B :(
And now I am not able to raise a Warranty with Noise for the same. How irresponsible the team is! what rubbish have you done!
These products were a gift for my Bro, since the time I have ordered it I am just fed-up. Being a loyal customer I have to suffer all this. Really Amazon is 10000xx better in providing services to its members. Flipkart is pathetic in customer service and irresponsible in helping the customer. The team after hearing my query have cut my many number of calls and have hung me up for 20 mins and the cut of call without a reply and nothing at all and they act like not hearing me when I can hear they perfectly and they then cut my call. I have been harassed and mentally tortured by your team. The Flipkart team is not at all trained to help its customers well and they make error and they blame the customer for the error caused. Shame on you Flipkart!
I need this resolved as I have to raise the Warranty with Noise for the amazing Product A that you have cancelled without my permission!!!
And also need a solution to the madness that you have made me to suffer for the last one week ! I need a compensation for the same.
