I bought a set of 100 masks from flipkart that was supposed to come in a box in sterilized condition. But I received a product which does not matches the description. It came in a polythene bound by elastic. Its cheap in quality.

Customer support, (i was talking to Srijit) was utterly unhelpful, he kept spamming that the product is non-returnable and nothing can be done.

I understand it is non -returnable, but that does not mean i have to cope with damaged product.

I request a proper product refund of the product.

    I am facing this issue from last 15-20 days. All my orders reach at nearest hub on time but not go out for delivery even after 1 week of expected delivery date. Finally they canceled all my orders without my concerns. They stop picking my calls. They option of contactUs in app and website, their executives threatened me. I have all screenshots of chat taken, they straight forward saying we are not going to help you. I don't understand what to do, they don't send feedback mails to me after asking why they not send feedback mails they said its our policy.

      I have placed return request for receiving other brand neckband, but it has cancelled due to lack of id proofs. So I placed it again but my account has blocked now

        I have use Flipkart application from last year and I have much spend on this application. I am playing games on game One.
        One day they repeated a quiz and by mistake I got unexpected score they thought I break the policy but I didn't .
        They ban account that day and not give solution by Flipkart
        Please help

                They Delivered wrong product and not replacing the same. i ordered MotoG60 but got poco X3 instead. Now they are saying that they have investigated the issue and courier services and seller is not at fault which makes me the defaulter. Its been 23days and the issue is still not solved.

                  I purchased Hafele 12s model grey color dish washer on 6th June at flipkart and received silver color model on 7th June, immediately raised return request on the same day and flipkart given resolution date as 20th June, mean time flipkart backend team requested me to to fill consent form, pics, adhar and same is been provided on 14th June over the mail but after waiting till 20th June resolution date is changed to 21st June, later its changed to 24th june, again date is extended to 25th june but they are unable to fix the issue and not responding to my calls and mails.

                    I changed my number few months ago because I lost my old number and now I cannot access my gift cards, also i cannot change my number as it is asking for OTP from both new and old numbers. I tried reaching Flipkart customer care, but no response from their side.

                        I ordered a food essence from Flipkart on 14th June got my product on the estimated delivery date but found out the product doesn't have the proper labelling as shown in the image of the seller (label in my received product is handwritten) .
                        I want my money back or replace the product .

                          I have ordered a oppo mobile phone. After that I use after delivery of the product .that was not performing the company's given profile like 5 mp camera, over heating phone and charger, late charging.
                          So many times of complain to costmer care they disconnected my call.
                          1st time they told that beggs for internet for troubleshooting.
                          2nd time they say technician help u.
                          3rd time they told go to service centre.
                          If the customer not satisfied with ur given product then take it return. Why flipkart tourchering him?

                              Sailor Onmitech has not transferred the refund to date. Flipkart customer care is not listening to complaints. What a nexus. Always says check with bank, where as bank says whenever it is refunded it will come to your account. We do not have role to play.

                                Firstly my order was delayed by 10 days. Each time I called customer care they asked me to wait for some time. And each time the timeline was not followed and they asked me for new timeline. After 10 days order was cancelled by Flipkart without intimation. I again called to change my refund source as I already had done the credit card bill payment. That was also not done saying it's not possible. When I asked to connect me with a senior I was put on hold for 10 minutes. They are trapping customer from every side and doesn't even bother to solve the problems. Besides they disconnect the call.

                                        I am facing continuous issue of not getting my item delivered on time. When we order an item it gives a week time to deliver and on the day of delivery it again change 3 or 4 days more delivery. For each item I have to talk to support of no use. They give a fixed answer you will get the delivery very soon. Similarly we bought furniture from the flipkart. We got the delivery after 20days which is almost fine but for the installation it is again saying 1 month time. What is the use of purchase. We even spoke to customer support care but again of no use. I GUESS flipkart customer care people are puppets who does not have anything in their hands. This is also I think I am writing insane of no use. Flipkart is the worst e-commerce portal in India with worst delivery and installation service with worst customer support. My name is Shweta and adding one of my order ID which is OD[protected]. In case you need proof of what's happening around. Which I am very sure nothing going to happen.
