I have some spots on my newly bought kodak 43 inch LED tv and i lodged a complaint back in March 2021. There were 3 visits from Jeeves technicians and finally i was informed tv will be replaced in April. Still nothing has been done. I have called up their customer service numerous times as they do not provide updates automatically. I have to push and prod to get any reaction. Worst customer service even after paying for additonal jeeves insurance.

    Unable to update email

    I am unable to update my email address as it says that 'identifier already in use' but when I tried to use that email ID to login just to check if in case that is already used then I get a message like "you are not registered with us". if my email ID is not used then I should be able to update my email ID.
    currently I see a different email ID when I login to my profile and customer care sees altogether different email ID but both are...

        On 22nd June 2021, I was delivered two identical copies of the same book (LSAT LOGICAL REASONING) instead of 1 copy each of LSAT LOGIC GAMES and LSAT LOGICAL REASONING - which is what I originally ordered. I immediately alerted Flipkart of the mistake. Ever since then, they have everyday pestered me with numerous calls assuring me of resolving the matter and simply closing the return request as resolved. On 30th June 2021, Flipkart asked me to send them a copy of my Aadhaar card. I downloaded a masked copy of my Aadhaar from the UIDAI website and sent it to them promptly. They have rejected it. Today (6th July 2021) a Customer representative from Flipkart Shubrodeep, called me and threatened me saying that they cannot entertain my return request as I am being aggressive. I have been very calm and composed but Shubrodeep was aggressive and rude and intimidating. They say the masked aadhaar is not as per their guidelines even though the Govt of India accepts it. They also refuse to believe that I don't have a voter ID and driving license.
        I have given them all the proof, photos of wrong delivery and been patient while they have been postponing.
        Can you please help me?

              I did not places any order from flipkart, nor my family members and still there is a product order being placed and delivered to my home, how is that possible? I have deleted my flipkart account months back and still this is happening. This has happened before as well after which I thought it was relevant to delete my account. Please help

                My Flipkart account is associated with a number 880660×××× which I lost and have no access to but the email associated with is mine and still active I am not able to update my number! Since I was trying...I tried logging in with my new no. using and I wasn't aware about the existence of this account and I found some unknown addresses saved and a product in the cart and for security reasons I deactivated the account. Now neither I am able to reactivate the account associated with my current ph. no. and I am not sure if I should, whether it is safe nor I am able to update my phone number on my original account where I have done purchases. Help me out with this issue

                  An office table was purchased on emi from Flipkart. Til today the status of the item is not updated to Delivered due to which I was not able to return it as the site was not showing the option of return. Today the first instalment has been deducted from my account. I have paid so many other charges too and have spoken to not less than 25 Flipkart executives but m yet to get a solution for my problem

                    Flipkart — Pre ordered product canceled without my consent

                    My name is shaik basha

                    I pre ordered Playstation 5 with Astor’s Playroom worth ₹49990 on 17 May and they cancelled my order on June 2 without even taking my consent and on their page it is showing that I ordered a cancellation but I didn’t do that. And now they are not doing anything to resolve this, I would like either for my product to not be cancelled and they deliver and if they are doing so after torturing me for this long they should at least pay some compensation or any fine so that they do not do this again to others.

                    They refunded my amount, I don't want my refund I would pay for the item I have booked and I need the console to be delivered to me.

                    If it is cancelled by the seller why are you showing it is cancelled by me, if you would want me to place a new fresh order, how can I place an order when there is no stock, I don't want my order to be cancelled, you either add product to my cart so that I may proceed and buy the console or provide me with compensation for keeping my money for soo long and then cancelling

                      I purchased #Realme8_5G on 17th June. On 19th June, I got to know that there is a feature in call recording function of mobile which clearly send a msg to the caller that " this call is being recorded. " as privacy concern no one can bear this for which I raised a complaint on flipkart and realme also to resolve the said issue or refund my amount. Flipkart assured me that they will take care of my complain & will provide a resolution. They appointed a Technician 2 times but issue could not be resolved. I made complaint more than 50 times But they closed it every time by saying that issue resolved. Flipkart told me to contact Realme & Realme told me to contact Google. Everyone harassed me but i paid to Flipkart so they should help me but they just wasted my only. The specifications they provided on their app are clearly mismatched. As per specifications phone has Step Tracker but there is no such thing. They did not specify that phone send msg to caller regarding call recording.
                      I'm still waiting for any kind of resolution. Kindly have a look in this matter.

                        I have placed an order of books on 1st July and received a parcel of shoes on 3rd July...I immediately made a request of replacement it was showing that my request will be approved by 6th July but today morning it got all canceled...I have not made a cancel request...
                        I have made payment also by COD 420 also...

                        Please refund my money or give my books and take away your shoes asap...

                          I ordered two belts from Flipkart. When I received the item only one belt was in packet. Whenever I tried to contact customer care I was re directed to automated bot customer care. Requested for call numerous times but was not connected. Tried to return the product but the product was not there so it could not be returned. When finally the return policy had expired I had to write the complaint. The packet itself is such that it cannot contain two belts but the bill fixed on it is of the two belts.

                            I have brought an LG Velvet dual-screen phone through Flipkart on 27th June 2021. The phone is faulty and not at all working. So I request for the return of the product as per the return policy guidelines and within the allowed time frame of 7 days. While putting up the return request there system is showing only a replacement option no refund option.

                            I have proceeded with the replacement option, i tried to contact their call center with no response, I requested a call back they have called but cut down the call thrice every 2 mins not allowing me to get the conclusion for the grievance. After these calls, they updated the return request as rejected and the issue has been resolved through troubleshooting, which is blatant lie and fraud. I lost my trust in Flipkart, I feel cheated by Flipkart and I'm disheartened as I have lost my hard-earned money of 55000 for trusting Flipkart. Please help me. Refund my amount.

One product I ordered that was missing when I complaint about that, next day my account has been blocked. and the reason was written that due to high returns and cancellation it has done. I contacted to customer care and told him that please check my account that how many items I have returned or cancelled but they didn't resolved my issue. I get tha car in 4th July.. but car remote is not working.. soo I return the product nd replace... but some problems I change my adress... I contact customer service.. he told customer care call to u with in 11 minutes... asusually he told that like 4 times... but no one call to me.. and no one response to my problem.. nxt I can call to flipkart service number... she also same type response customer care calls to u with in 8 mints... but still no one call u... our employees is too negligence...

                                    I am writing to you to raise an issue about the mobile phone realme narzo 30A, I have purchased from flipchart

                                    The issue that I have experienced was: i have purchased realme narzo 30A on on 24 th july
                                    i noticed that the audio is not working
                                    i have requested for replacement on 27 july
                                    but i found that my request was denied with out any enquires
                                    they are arguing that they have resolved the issues by troubleshooting. But there was no communication with me

                                    I want a cashback Rs 8249/- and a brand new mobile phone as compensation for the child.

                                      Yesterday, while playing quiz time at 10pm, I got 1088 points. Two days before that, they have asked same set of questions. So i got to know all the answers. I was not aware of getting points more than 1085 will ban my reward section completely. Please unblock my account.
