[Resolved]  Flipkart — My product got cancelled without my permission/consent

This year I am facing a lot of issues from flipkart delivery. How many issues I shall mention in this email.

Issue 1: Ordered Iphone 14 Plus : the product came out of delivery, but did not get delivered, and cancelled without my consent automatically. I filled out a form to reattempt delivery, still it's not considered. Why are you giving such poor services to a customer? Delivery boy cancelled the product from his end, and mentioned the customer had rejected it. I tried to call customer care, but they are also not providing me a solution. I have proof of call records, screenshots and 20+ calls I have made to the executive but he didn't answer a single call. How are you guys providing a service this year, is this your customer satisfaction?

As I am a plus customer of flipkart, but this Year I am not satisfied with the services provided by you. I am facing issues with many orders of mine. Very Very Very pathetic service.

I need a solution for these issues created either by flipkart service or their courier partners.
For issue no. 1, I need coupons/giftcard, so that I can order a same product again on same price.
