Complaint marked as Resolved Issue 1: Ordered Iphone 14 Plus : the product came out of delivery, but did not get delivered, and cancelled without my consent automatically. I filled out a form to reattempt delivery, still it's not considered. Why are you giving such poor services to a customer? Delivery boy cancelled the product from his end, and mentioned the customer had rejected it. I tried to call customer care, but they are also not providing me a solution. I have proof of call records, screenshots and 20+ calls I have made to the executive but he didn't answer a single call. How are you guys providing a service this year, is this your customer satisfaction?
