Flipkart — My product show deliver but not deliver to me.

I bought an infinix phone which was prepaid for Rs 6999 from Flipkart order, which was to be delivered to me on 3 jan 2021. The delivery boy came to my address and asked me for 1000 rupees. I refused to give him, then he asked me for proof of delivery. Both PAN card and Aadhaar card, when I again refused to give him id proof, he threatened me that he Will deliver the product and will not even give me the product and went away from there with abuse.Then my product went out for delivery on 4 jan and the product was delivered but I did not receive the product.
