[Resolved]  Flipkart — my return has not been picked up or contacted by the courier but still they rejected my pickup

I have placed an order for 2 sarees on flipkart. One of the sarees i received was of a different color so requested to refund my money as the return was open and flipkart provided me with the option of both refund and replacement while i was purchasing and placing the order. As i requested for a refund, flipkart was supposed to pick up my order. They didn't come to my address to pick up the order but they marked that i had given them some other product, not the original. They visited my address but still, they claim that they received false item so they canceling my pick up.
