I had open a seller account on Flipkart in year 2018 and I had started selling product in beauty category. So I was selling Facial Kits. I was selling different brand facial kits. There was a brand Shahnaz. I was a new seller for ecommerce selling.
After a year suddenly Flipkart hold my seller account without any notice on 3rd May 2019 and view reason "listing inactive-fake". For reactivate this account I have to submit a genuine invoice for product Listing ID(s): LSTFCKF6D3KUVDXYZUGYRIWJO. When I checked this ID I found that this Shahnaz product and I have invoice for the same.
For unhold my seller account I had submitted genuine invoice which are direct from Shahnaz warehouse. However, Flipkart team does not ready to accept these invoice and does not ready to unhold my seller account.
Please give me a reason where I am wrong. My submitted invoices have toll free number as well email address. Team may check to direct Shahnaz with that invoice number either this invoice genuine or not. I assure to Flipkart team that this is 100% genuine. I am also attaching an invoice here. Please check.
Now once again I want to request to Flipkart team either they will prove that my submitted invoices are not genuine Or if the same are genuine then please unhold my account.
A year has been passed and after Covid19 this is tough time for us for earning the money if my account does activate by Flipkart. Already I have big loss due to expires so many products.
