Regarding my unresolved Marq refrigerator issue that has been pending for over 3 months. Despite more than 30+ emails and 80+ calls, there has been no proper resolution.
Due to your service limitations, I was instructed to send the refrigerator back to initiate a refund or replacement. It was picked up over 13 days ago, but since then, I have received no clear response, only delays and scripted replies.
Let me make this absolutely clear:
I will not accept a refund.
I purchased this refrigerator five years ago, and the current market price for a similar specification is significantly higher.
I demand a replacement with the same or upgraded specifications — nothing less is acceptable.
Please note:
I do not need any more updates. I need a full resolution — a confirmed replacement delivery — within the next 24 hours.
I have already filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH). If this issue is not resolved within 24 hours, I will take further legal actions.
This matter has already taken an unreasonable toll on my time and peace of mind. I expect a clear, final resolution — not excuses — by tomorrow 12 July 2025 EOD.
