Subject for
Net banking payment option menu not visible on their app still after multiple attempt for the last 3 days. Complaining to them bring only excuses. Causing hell of the trauma and waste of our valuable time. Constraining us to make COD payment making us pay extra COD charges.
Grievance in detail as follows.
I had already have a long chat to your customer care people on chat box not only once but thrice but they failed to do anything to bring any substantial resolution. I had to place today's order on COD because no net banking payment option was visible on your app still after multiple attempt. So obviously it seems you people have blocked net banking feature for me for the reason better known to you making me discouraged to place any order which Flipkart in future.
