[Resolved]  Flipkart — new marq 1.5ton ac not working well

I purchased marq 1.5 ac from flipkart which was delivered on 12th june but installed on 16th june, that too even after personally visiting the jeeves service centre. The flipkart team and jeeves both are very unresponsive. Although, ac got installed and i had to pay hefty amount of rs 4100, just for installation and they were overcharging the amount for copper pipe and when this is said they were saying that if you don't get it, i won't get any warranty on this product. I had to pay that amount and technician in hurry had installed that ac with vaccum done only for 5mins merely. After that, ac is not cooling well, it has very low air flow and i filed the complaint in the flipkart app. The same arrogant and pathetic jeeves technician came and visit the site. He completely denied the complaint, as he was the person who installed it. He doesn't do his job and don't go tracing the leakage testing or air flow issue. He completely knows that ac is faulty unit send by flipkart he is forcing me to take this. Even flipkart is not helping me out for the complaint and cleverly taking away the 10days return policy and not updating the complaint on app. This is propoganda started by the flipkart to not to update the status of return and at the end they will deny the return request. I had several times talks with flipkart team and they are continuously telling me different dates when it will get updated. No one is helping me out for the return of this faulty unit where i spent more than rs26000+ (Rs22000 for ac and rs 4100for installation). I feel like looted, this is a chinese product, which is also a sub-brand under flipkart. I am also a flipkart plus customer yet they are not providing any response. I had filed the complaint on tweeter, facebook and even on email but the team is very unresponsive and do not replying about issue. My order no. Is: od[protected] and return id is:[protected].
