[Resolved]  Flipkart — new phone received with box seal broken

I ordered a redmi 6 pro phone from flipkart (Details below) and to my dismay, the phone box seal was already broken and the protective sheet on the phone was re-pasted (Had bubbles on it). On turning on the device it directly opened the home screen (The way it does on a phone that's already set-up before). All in all, it's a used device that's been sold to me instead of a new one.

I selected the option of return and replacement the same day the phone was delivered (26 dec), however, the request was rejected today morning (27 dec) - mentioning "seller is unable to fulfil your return request".
