I ordered this product on 23rd july 2025.
Initially product came without Tap in RO water purifier, when i informed to flipkart they didn't even bother about my query but when it comes to demo and installation it is clearly mentioned in flipkart website free demo and installation. But installation guy demanded 500rs to come and install even though i informed its for free. I again contacted flipkart and raised a complaint against this on August 3rd 2025 but flipkart didn't take any action. So i requested to flipkart for product replacement, then product arrived very late but this time Demo & installation executive didn't even contact me and mentioned on flipkart like installation completed. What is this nonsense flipkart doing this again and again? This is not first time happening it happened almost for all the products i purchased on flipkart. If need I will submit my all product history that how many times i reached out to flipkart for complaints you can analyse how badly they ignore customer concerns or complaints.
I have raised a complaint regarding demo and installation but its been 1 month they are not at all responding to my concern.
" Sometimes its not about money or product but waiting time really matters. I paid money for product and its flipkart duty to come and install the purifier as they promised date on thier website. Why should i wait for 1.5 months even though i paid money? "
