[Resolved] Flipkart — no care for customer | |||
I had booked a mi mobile in flipkart and wanted to return it badly. Even after hours of discussion and mails, they were not considerate to take back the product. I jus had to settle down to use it. They were pointing out on return policy is applicable only for replacement and not on refund. This was my first time shopping experience with flipkart and i was horrified that they were not ready to think of any exception given the fact of it being online seller where product look and feel cannot be guaged.
