[Resolved] Flipkart — No delivering the product after a month | |||
Hi, I Pre booked Samsung J7 on 14th July 2015 in lieu to get the product by 18th August as mentioned in their site. My Point is if they do not have phones then what is the point of making fool of people and blocking their money for such a long time. Their is complete certainty that Flip kart uses the customer money blocked for such a long time and recycle them in Market to earn revenue on it. I have been waiting for the phone for more then a month now, surviving on this planet with out a smart phones is not easy. Now they says that they do not have a defined time line when the phone will be available. So can you Imagine their monopoly on this matter. there are few points to focus here. 1)Flipkart and such E-commerce companies block the customer money. 2)They create a monopoly that particular phone can only be purchased through them by contracting with the company. 3)They do not fulfill the commitments made to the customers 4)They do not even bother to contact customer and advising about the progressions. Verified Support Aug 20, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and he informed that the phone is still not delivered to him, informed customer its still not launched and he will receive the shipment before 31st August 2015. Customer wanted mail confirmation for the same hence mail sent to customer and closing the issue.
