[Resolved] Flipkart — no grievance team, please do not make prepaid orders you will waste your time and money unnecessarily. no one is responding after raising complaints | |||||
These are 4 examples out of many other issues I have placed. 1. Order OD[protected] is not delivered on 18th July 2019 and 10pm after out for delivery in the early morning and after 5days also the product is not delivered and cancel option also not available. I contacted to customer care several times on 18th, 20th and 21st flipkart customer care team is really well trained so stick on same work like please wait for 24 to 48 hours and asked to cancel the order but not cancelled, as the credit card billing payment date is getting closer on I have went to hub and request to cancel, they took 24hrs to cancel. Amount is not yet refunded and the process is to slow and no one responded from the backend team to this issue till today and do not understand why we are not having direct contact phone line number to this team, I just understand like they are interested to waste customer time and money please do not make pre paid order good to go with cash in delivery. Can't trust flipkart. Here the main problem is the hub management Sanath Nagar branch Hyderabad the review also worst on that hub I do not have any idea like why the flipkart is not taking any actions on them instead of that it looks like they are encouraging them 2. Order OD[protected] As the hub devices are not good i called customer care team and asked to change the address to my office and after 24hours asked whether the address was updated or not means it was updated they told but shockingly it was in the samet old hub address, It was reached to hub in the 6:21am after 12 hrs also they have not changed the status to out for delivery I went to hub and asked why are not delivering the product and they replied like your estimated date is 26th and today is 22nd we will send on or before 26th we will not give now. I request like atleast the customer reached hud to get the product why are not showing the interest to search the product and deliver no response and asked to cancel the order and went from there with in 3hrs they call me and asked to product to collect that before closing there hub left just 1hour. My time is completely waste twice by taking permission from office. 3. OD[protected]. Placed order on 18th July 2019 and now end of 25th July 2019 the product is not even shipped. Just they will hold over money and waste over time by saying stupid offers. Offline stores are better we see the mobile use the mobile and purchase instantly, here we are trusting and buying without having any in hand feel. 4. OD[protected]. This is for Samsung Note9, high-end premium phone. I have faced network issue and heating issue in the phone, after raising complaint they arrange the tech visit he will come and take a screenshot in the mobile and close the status as no issue in phone without checking the mobile. When I say this to flipkart they will rearrange tech visit and say this is the solution we can provide. I have taken a video and sent to them they did not even bothered and said like will reschedule again. No resolution after rasing complaint in this form they use to close this as resolution was provide and customer is happy, I have attached the photo of tech visit and previously all closed requets. Then they have refuded after long time, u thought I lost my 70k by unnecessarily buying in flipkart (I have purchased few mobile in Amazon there service and check up is genuine). And when I asked the tech visit person why are you doing like this he replied like we are not having option like issue in the phone to update so we are not checking just closing the case as no issue in the phone like flipkart is cheat us. We were trying to sort this out with the courier service provider. However, we see that the order was canceled by the seller. This is not something which we would want you to experience and have shared feedback with the seller so they can put additional measures in place to ensure on-time deliveries of orders. If you like, you can place a new order for the desired product and the seller will try and make sure that it reaches you on time. We would like to thank you for your continued trust and understanding.
