[Resolved] Flipkart — No refund for cancelled order | |||||
I ordered xiaomi red mi note 4 from flipkart on 10.05.2017 flash sale by paying rs.9999/- (Order id Od[protected]. But i cancelled this order after 2 hours. I received message from flipkart saying that the refund will be transferred to my original payment mode within 3 business days (Bank holidays not included). For further details, please contact bank with reference number[protected]. I contacted the bank officials with this reference no. But the bank officials are saying that there is no amount credited to my account and asked me to get in touch with flipkart team for initiating the refund. The flipkart team is just giving the same reference no. And are saying that the seller has refunded [[#]]#8377; 9999 to my axis bank credited on 10 may 2017 under the reference number :[protected]. Flipkart is so adamant that they are giving the same reference no again & again which is of no use to track the refund at bank. Now they are asking me to raise a complaint with the bank’s grievance cell. I have been visiting bank for last 2 days for checking the refund status as per flipkart reference no. The flipkart's approach i so casual & lack of helping the customers. Pathetic service. Will never buy anything from flipkart no onwards. If the refund is not not credited to my bank account in 2/3 days then will raise a legal complaint against flipkart and escalate the issue with consumer forum. Was this information helpful? | |||||

This amount should have been credited by now. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell by following these simple steps: 1. Click on http://web2.axisbank.com/logaquery/logaquery.aspx 2. Choose ‘Yes’ for existing customer 3. Choose ‘Internet / Mobile Banking’ in the ‘Type of query/ product type’ field 4. Fill in the details & click on ‘Submit’ and the bank will get in touch with you These steps are subject to change at the bank's discretion. You may reach out to their customer service for any clarifications. Alternatively, you can also visit your bank to submit the 'Chargeback form' to get an update on your refund. Hope this helps

I contacted with the bank officials and they replied that the said amount has been claimed by the merchant and asked me to contact the merchant. The Flipkart team is also saying that the amount had already been refunded on 30th August 2017 and I need to contact the bank officials. They are also giving me the same reply again and again that the refund had already been made. Its been more than 1 month and I have been writing mail to both Flipkart as well as the bank but no refund has been received.
Even I am now doubtful if I will get my money back.
