[Resolved] Flipkart — No return exchange of redmi note 3 even after several complaints | |||||
I have received defect redmi note 3 from flipkart (Order id : od[protected] and then raised replacement request but the jeeves (Vendor) rejected the request without properly analyzing the phone. They have the recorded videos which shows that the phone was having a network issues and also internet issues. Refused to provide the videos to me. If a customer is clearly saying that he is not satisfied with the product and wants the replacement/refund, how on earth can you guys make him to use the defect piece. I have requested xiaomi as well to interfere in this issue as the product belongs to them, they are more careless and asked me to get in touch with flipkart as i bought the phone from them and not from mi.com. I need a new phone and compensation of rs 1, 00, 000 for all trauma i faced during this period. Was this information helpful? | |||||
