Flipkart — No Update from Flipkart

Dear Sir,
I order a phone on Flipkart on dt 25.07.2025 order ID- OD[protected]. I got the product on 31.07.2025. But after use of 10 minutes i found many of difficulty in that phone. I complain to return of that product on dt 05.08.2025. On 06.08.2025 their technician has visited and confirm to me that this item is defective and will be refunded by within 2-3 working days. but i didn't get any update from Flipkart on their site so after some days i called to their customer support for so many times but every time they told your resolution will be done by within 24-48 hours. Time has passed but no positive answer from him. they have given 2 dates for tech visit, pickup & payment refund but they all are failed. screen shot of the same has been attached herewith.

Flipkart once again change the date and it's 25.08.25. yesterday they told me that within 4 hour your item will be return. I have a call recording of that call. Sir you are requested to kindly look into this matter and do the needful.
