Flipkart — Non delivery of an order

I ordered a JBL charge 5 speaker (order id OD[protected]from Flipkart on 29th of September and the delivery date was second of October, but the product did not reach me and the date got extended by fifth of October. Now when I am connecting to the Flipkart customer executive, they told me that the order is misplaced somewhere in the hub, and they are unable to trace it when I got this inspected by the delivery executive in the hub. They found that there was no product delivered to the hub. This is totally misleading and now they do not have a clear answer. This is regarding #buzzindia seller. regarding whom there are multiple number of complaints, now I strongly feel that they will not be able to deliver the product and at the end, they will cancel it because of this as I have ordered the product in sale price and the sale is now ended. I will left with no option but to escalate this to consumer court.
