I ordered a mobile phone (Order ID: OD[protected] on 23 September 2025 for my brother through Flipkart, with an exchange option. The order reached the nearest hub on 1st October 2025, but remains undelivered for over 20 days despite multiple follow-ups. This caused significant distress as my old phone became unresponsive on 9 October 2025, forcing me to buy a new phone offline, incurring extra costs.
Key Issues:
The delivery agent made false promises, including on 09 Oct 2025 at 12 PM (via Flipkart support call), assuring delivery by 6 PM, but failed to deliver.
On 8 October 2025, my representative visited the hub; the agent vaguely said the order might be canceled without reason.
Contacted Flipkart support/escalation on 09 & 10 Oct via app (calls over 40+ min), but no resolution.
Emailed Grievance Officer on 08 Oct 2025, no response. Filed NCH complaint on 09 Oct; Flipkart confirmed refund but no mention of compensation.
Their 500 INR gift card offer was insufficient, so I rejected it.
Evidence will be provided on requirements: Order confirmation, payment receipt, tracking screenshots, multiple call recording, offline phone purchase receipt, emails to Grievance Officer, NCH complaint ID.
Relief Sought:
Fair compensation for mental distress, time loss, and extra cost of offline phone purchase due to Flipkart’s delay.
A formal apology for the service failure.

The non-delivery and false promises caused financial loss and hardship, as I was left without a phone for essential tasks. Despite refund, Flipkart’s failure to compensate is unacceptable. I’ve escalated to NCH and posted on X/LinkedIn, but no resolution. I may pursue legal action via DCDRC i[censored]nresolved. Please help resolve this urgently.
