[Resolved] Flipkart — non delivery of tv against exchange offer | |||
I ordered a samsung led32 inch tv through net from flipkart against exchange offer. My order was accepted and payment was done. Order id od[protected]. However the delivery boy refused to deliver the tvand pick up the exchange tv. The flipkart offer was for exchage of working/nonworking tv. Iwas exchanging a 32 inch lg lcd tv which had no damage but with some eletrical fault and not switching on. The customer care was contacted by me and they agreed to my request and iwas told that they will deliver it again after 2 days and the old tv will be picked up. However next da iireceived a message that ihave rejected the tv and the ammount will be refunded. I never rejected the tv, it was not delivered saying that the exchange tv was not switching on.in their site they have written working /nonworking tv. The messaging that i have rejected is false and the process followed after initial interaction with customercare is wrong. I need the tv against the exchange offer as advertised in thie site.
